Assuming this is an audience video (right?), it’s got to be among the best looking AND sounding ones I’ve ever seen! Also, props to Chris Carter for not letting someone else’s false start in C.T.T.E. cost any more than 5% for nothing.

Yes... a bunch of prima donna egos competing to outdo each other, fronted by a warbling nanny goat who spouts meaningless lyrical crap.... that's a definite NO from me! That said the music must be very difficult to "tribute" even though I can't see why anyone would want to!

I Would Rather Watch This Than Watch The Group that Call Themselves Yes Nowadays after Jon Anderson was Sick but the band wanted to continue Touring Without Him which Is Really Sad ! I’m Sure Jon Anderson is Happy to Find This Band and Asked them If They Wanted To Get Together from a phone call Jon made Himself to this Very Good Band. And I Know This will Never Replace The YES Like It Was In The Past but It Will Be As Close As It’s Going To Get Because Of The Ages Of The Living Members Of The Band That We All Know And Love So Well for those who Are Truly YES Fans in the World !

Good try but not quite, all this does is show the genius of 1973 Yes, and God tier Chris Squire Bass, not to mention Rick’s keyboards and Steve Howe and Alan White

The bassist is Richie Castellano lead guitarist for Blue Oyster Cult. I did not know he was also an amazing bass player. So much talent on this stage. Love the guitar work. Heck I love it all. So glad Jon teamed up with this top notch band. They sound soooo good.

McCartney ruined his voice by singing songs, like Helter skelter, and Live and Let die and doing 3 1/2 hour shows

Having been at the very first Yes gig on Mersea Island in Essex and having seen them 5 further times up to the last Classic line up gig in Braintree, Essex, Jon and the Band Geeks are as close sounding to the classic line up as you are ever going to get! Jons voice is just as note perfect as it was all those years ago!

I used to think Yes could not be the same without the original line up, especially without Chris on bass. But I was wrong. Musicians can train to be just as good, but Jons vocals are what makes Yes. So pleased he is still performing. Love to see them in the UK.

Jon and Geeks are YES. I was gifted Close to the Edge by my brother when I was 13 ('74). I had requested Fragile. I was mad for about 15 mins. We played the album over and over on his newly bought Pioneer SX 737 stereo and turntable, and JBL speakers, that he brought back from Korea. Me, my bro and his friends went to see YES and Gentle Giant, at the Cow Palace in Daly City in 1976. Seeing and hearing Jon, with eager and talented musicians is a gift.

Oof. Jon stepped hard on Chris' keyboard solo in Close To The edge. Almost seemless recovery. Someone who didn't know it so well wouldn't have noticed. Great performance none the less. I was there and didn't notice at the time I was so enraptured.

Jon is the only living founder of YES. Yet Jon and Chris were very excited to have Steve replace Peter Banks in 1970, and Howe's first album with YES, The YES Album brought the band world-wide fame. It was Rolling Stone Magazine that wrote, "The addition of Steve Howe has allowed YES to find its true identity." His contributions to every YES album throughout the 70's was extraordinary, and his performance on all tours was nothing short of magnificent. For 5 consecutive years he was named the Best Overall Guitarist in the World, and what most of the people here fail to understand that it was Steve Howe's contributions to YES is why Jon Anderson and the Geeks have such great songs to play. So what if we was not an original member. Who cares?

DESPERATELY need a real, through the board audio track to this. These performances deserve much higher quality than cell phone audio is capable of delivering. I know from their online videos that Richie and the Geeks are capable of absolutely nailing the tone and balance of the original performance without losing any of the spontaneity of performing it live in a single take as a BAND! I hope there is audio forthcoming of this tour that will do it justice. I saw Yes live many times. These guys do it as well as the classic lineup did in the early 70s.
