Using what I got, building a shed . Had thunder storm come over in the evening time. But got all walls & door on. In my haste to tarp roof during storm, the roof did not get finished. Just means I get to come back again.

smoke pork should. set with a rub beforehand. spritz with apple juice. set to take off at 185 to 190°. then rest an hour & pull apart.. tasty

After grinding the deer meat with 10% suit from meatstore, I like to use a 1 lb. bowl to help make it easier to vaccuum seal 1 lb. packages. Also flattening out packages before freezing helps to stack easier in freezer taking up less room.

cook taters accordingly. cup sourcream, 16 Oz. cream cheese. cup diced peppers & bacon bits. cup mex mix cheese, mix & spread on top of taters. Cover with more cheese, peppers & green onions. reheat 20 minutes & enjoy

We were stuck inside with colds for a few days so I got bored & tried to decorate the garage door with the face of Frosty. Then trying to make the video, we just could not coordinate on how to do it. It may look bad but we were both laughing our butts off... Then we went back inside with our colds again..... haha

What is that for a Work bench?
I use it for all sorts of things but mostly loading my 3 wheeler or loading deer in the truck. Also have a winch under the toolbox to help pull things up the ramp if needed

Well, it was in the 80s here if I remember correctly but if it was 30° or freezing outside, I may bring it inside to thaw slowly, still using ice. A slow thaw in a refrigerator is around 37°-40° I think...
Ok. Make the upper lid steel. And every year flip it because itll warp a bit but that wood will split and probably get stuck trying to slide in with the 3 wheelers weight over a few loads. Just a thought but your on the right track. Why wasnt this made years ago as a standard.

I use to do my shoulders in a covered foil pan like that too. They were always swimming, just like that one, and always dry. Started wrapping TIGHT in foil instead, and the pork retained MUCH more of the moisture!
