Just watched the entire interview and oh Stella how lucky you were to have Dave's arm wrapped around you! <3 I was born and raised in Southern California (West Covina/La Puente for most of my life then Fontana area for a few years) and was so lucky to have been at their 101 concert at the Rose Bowl. It was a few months before I turned 17 years old and boy was that the best concert and day of my life! DM will always be such a part of my life until my dying day. They were there for me growing up as a teenager and their songs, beats and lyrics have always resonated to me as a teenager and even still to this day. Every album they've made including their latest has meant so much to me and in some way, shape or form has connected with my life. They have and will always be my most favorite and treasured band of all time. So many good memories over the years even when times were bad, they were there for me and helped me get thru some really difficult times. <3 I fell in love with Dave Gahan the moment I saw him when I saw a teenager and still get giddy over him when I see him to this day (I'm about to be 45 lol). I have so much admiration for all of the boys of DM including Alan that I miss so much and sure hope he would come back sometime soon. Well, sorry for writing a book here but when it comes to DM, I just get so overwhelmed with joy and can just go on for days about how much I love them and what they've meant to me over the last three decades. So happy they are in the studio now recording and can't wait for their next tour if not the end of this year then maybe in early 2017. XOXOXO <3 <3 <3 <3
