Brother, I don’t know you from Adam, but DAMN, I’m proud of you and your efforts! I’m retired from dual careers (Navy and Federal Wildlife LEO). I’m an original owner of a 1997 Jeep TJ Sport….that I “spec-ordered” in late 1996. She has over 150k on the clock, but she still runs like new.All my kids learned “stick” on her….and after two small” strokes, she is the only car I’m comfortable driving. I am considering sinking a significant sum into her, for a complete frame off restoration (new frame, upgrade interior,etc). How many years I have left is anybody’s guess….so why not? Agin, Bravo-Zulu to you Brother. I am impressed…..YOU are doing all the work yourself! Again, I’m proud of you and your efforts!

I did the same repair but with the Pocono kit. I'm pretty sure those sections are 1/8" steel, not 1/4".

I did it on my jeep 4.0l at 178,000 and it lasted to 401,611 miles and head gasket gave out between pistons 3 and 4 otherwise still ran! I am rebuilding it again crank stays at stock specs I feel it was due to HVS oil pump

I spliced a pushbutton switch to the yellow & pink/black. Doesn't work,,, Appears by continuity, to be wiring to clutch switch. 1. Clutch pushed in = tone. Push button on switch = tone. Please Advise

The temp in your location is exactly the same as it will be when the IAT sensor is in the air tube. Also, the air doesn't stay in the intake long enough for the heat of the intake to affect the air temp, so again you won't see a difference in the air temps between your location and the factory location. Finally, changing the location isn't going to make it run rich or lean because it gets constant feedback from the O2 sensors and the ECU keeps it at stoich. Oh, there are also plenty of dyno runs available that prove that TB spacers do absolutely nothing. You have so much misinformation in this video that it is truly painful to watch. And I had to just laugh at the 30hp gain with a tune...the factory tune is actually pretty good and there isn't another 30hp in there to find. One more thing - the sensor you are playing with is the Intake Air Temp sensor, or IAT. It isn't called the air charger sensor.

Nice repair. I just cut the rust out of my fender. The metal looks tin foil thin. What gauge metal did you use? Any tips on mig wire and settings would be helpful as well. I hope mine looks half as good as yours when its done.

I have had my own experiences with Bigfoot. Those lights came out great. I like that they are centered in the space top to bottom and left to right. Others I've seen done that are offset just don't look good

What helped me was to blast the nuts a week ahead of time and tap with a hammer do this daily before and it helped big time.

I bought the steering box, but the return line has a different thread than my original box. My parts guy can't seem to cross-reference the part numbers on the power steering lines that you used. Do you by any chance remember what brand of made in Mexico they are?

However, even if the pressure and temperature sensor are inaccurate, the O2 sensor and ECU will adjust short and long term fuel trims to prevent rich/lean conditions.

This video is f'ing GOLDEN. Finally, somebody did it 100% correctly anymore, even including the detergent specification. BTW, the OEM seal had dry detergent on the outboard face, it looks like a faint coat of dry white paint.

Iv had rust on both of my new broncos. Ford absolutely sucks for many reasons. Shitty Quality control. I had rust on my hood bolts and also had a couple rust lines on my frame, like it was sitting on metal racks for a long time. My headliner has also fallen down and the glue they used is running everywhere. Fuck Ford!! I’ll never buy another one
