    these were god awful cars, cheesy outdated and cheap looking ....and yes not only in appearance but mechanics engineering, manufacturing....just a shitty car. The Japs were putting awesome fun exciting, modern super reliable cars. Chrysler was still banking on WW2 going into retirment to save their brand. But it was doomed by the 90's whem most of those Vets were dying off.

      Or blown up with his own oil. Head played the villain Mr. Finch on the 2006 _Doctor Who_ episode, "School Reunion," even using a bit of Buffy's word-forgetting with the line, "Forget the shooty dog thing," referring to K-9.

    • @Nightbird.
      @Nightbird. 3 года назад

      You need to look up Chrysler's history. They were known to build some of the most luxurious, reliable and futuristic cars prior to the mid and late 80's. And Mr. Montalban drove Chrysler's which were provided to him free of charge by the company every time a new model came out. His favorites were a customized 1977 Cordoba Chrysler designers made just for him and a 1981 Imperial coupe. The Mercedes Benz cars from that period were not the luxurious vehicles they are today. They were hard, cold, Germanic work horses that lacked the softness and cushioned ride and seats American luxury cars were known for back then. I should know..I had both.

      They weren't supposed to turn. It's an electric lift that is used to transport the car from one area of the factory to the other. Hence the reason you can see a dark line under the car where the lifting mechanism is. The more you know..

    I always preferred Joan of Arc to Defend of the Crown. It felt far less luck based and the action sequences were not a puzzle to figure out how to actually play them. Especially the Amiga (first game as I haven't played 2) version I found to be impossible to win either the sword fighting or the jousting sequences. The ST and PC versions were easier to me. As for DotC2 comparison to the first, this looks better, more refined. Good job.

    Interesting! This must have been the only time ever I've seen an actual Amiga CDTV in my life: Back in the early nineties when CD-ROM was making an uprising to replace both floppy disks and VHS videotapes (it failed in the latter department, but hey: it was in those days that Philips CDi was popular around here), my local videostore sported a couple of CDi-"consoles" being used as a VideoCD-player, but one of them looked rather different: It was a black desktop box, with a black keyboard and mouse, and a black monitor, with a better-looking version of Defender of the Crown on it (I was only familiar with the C64-version back then). It wasn't until much later that this was an Amiga and not a CDi...
