After all of these years, this music and show sound and look so good.

I remember UPN playing marathon of these on a Saturday afternoon in the mid 1990's. No one else seems to remember it.

The main character of Teknoman slade had a evil brother on the show except his brother was more stronger, they need to remake Teknoman and bring it back out, what a amazing anime 😎

One of the best dub intros.

This is Anime at it's best. Mature plot lines full of emotion that don't talk down to kids, slick animation and a cool theme music.

So many times I would over sleep on Saturday morning just to wait up in time for the credits. 😢. Oh man some of the most heart breaking moments of my child hood.

How much did this series suffer from censorship when it came stateside, is MY question.

This super cool anime was originally called, Tekkaman Blade. There was an even earlier version of it back in the 1970's (without the Blade part in it's name.)

I remember watching this at 6am b4 heading for school as a kid. Awesome show.

When you were a kid and all you had was Luny Tunes... UPN9 presented you with a story of a man who defended Earth against his FAMILY, with the power of the ENEMY that he could only use for half hour at a time, less he turn on ALL his friends... Saban was right about this one.. just decades ahead of its time... Thank you Saban! You changed my life

After all these years, how do we still not have a version with the correct intro/outro as we had back then on DVD? This show was huge here thanks to Cheez TV. Although this isn't exactly what we got here, this is the US redub where they changed Blade to Slade and changed some voice actors, we got the original English dub.

Man, as a kid I wanted to be Teknoman so bad. Those days are over, but I can still enjoy the awesome transformation, including the music.

I see some of the episodes are done with inferior contractors... reduced Star (leading female) from a 9 to a 6. Whoever done the animation please fix

Sunday morning cartoons were always different since most of the time they kept changing and I did not necessarily have time to watch them since Sundays were about going out with the family, church, swapmeets, groceries, etc. but on those few occasions i did stay home this was one of those shows and man does it take me back.

This should be a great movie to make now

I live in PGH,P.A. and first saw this show on wptt22. I loved it since, sad ending tho😞. Was around 10yrs old, and still can't get, and don't want to, that song outta my head🤓

The opening theme of this anime gave me goosebumps as a kid. Actually still does, it's got such an epic vibe. Wish there was a piano tutorial for this, or just sheet music.

Slade was better than the Japanese name "D-boy." Yet, tekkaman blade is better teknoman
