Thank you for sharing, I had C diff for over six months, I finally ended up getting a fecal transplant and am on the “road to recovery”. I definitely still have difficult days but this gives me hope for the future
I had it for about 6 months as well. Stay hopeful, I still have bad days too, but you're not alone 💗

I have had a fecal transplant for ulcerative colitis after many years of suffering and 3 surgeries and infections. It saved my life. I am happy you are well now too, keep fighting!

I forgot to mention vitamine c in powders in mega dosing. You can research Linus pauling . It improve a lot my autoimmune issues . Now I dont have any trace of them . ABout salt It was the same for . But with sea water all has changed . I guess all commercial salts are poison. Thanks for sharing your videos , you are an inspiration for me. It's time to thrive not to survive . I started to prepare for a marathon thanks to you

@@IssyWatsonFit I can do marathon but not in a really good pace. Now that my health is really good I am focused on longevity . I run long distance but I try not to speed up my heart rate over 120. Buteyco helps a lot . I can run and run for very long distances without feeling exhausted, it's like I feel I can run forever and I have more energy at the end that at the beginning even if I don't eat at all . Some days for example I just eat fat to increase autophagy. Also I do sprints 2 days a week to improve speed and metabolism . And I lift really heavy weights 1-2 days a week to gain strength. . I feel I am really prepared for ' everything' . But , even lifting weights I try to keep calm . Sometimes If I feel nervous I do one exercise for 10 minutes without stopping . Push up for example , or pistol. I am very good at lifting for example , but at running 5 kilometers I sucked. I firmly believe that stress is good , but only for a short period of time . Running too fast in a long distance I think long term is killing you . We are not design for that in a natural environment. I guess the best is walking a lot , running long distance very slowly, sprinting from time to time , fighting and lifting weights, trying to be exposed to the sun and natural environments
You don't need carbs . You need vitamins and minerals plus sun . Some raw sardines for example , sun plus magnesium and sea water in a isotonic way .
I already get all that. I can’t consume a lot of salt due to a certain autoimmune condition. Everyone is different.

Just finished watching your interview with Anthony, which I thought was great. I’ve been carnivore since March of this year and down 60lbs, so far. Another 40 to hit my goal weight (180lbs). It has worked for me. 😊
