Curious indeed, I remember it having this effect on me once too. I just couldn't hold the gaze. For me it just wasn't the right time to engage. The 3 day recommendation is simply for introducing them to your mind, in this order/duration, as per the video. From there they are yours to explore at your own pace and sequence. Perhaps you will be drawn to one in particular, or minor sequences within the whole. It is entirely up to you how to craft your personal experience within them. It sounds like they are resonating your core with their frequency. I am fascinated to hear more about your journey as it unfolds. The One is the All and the All are the One ❤❤

It makes sense. We do this all the time unconsciously with keeping our balance, physically. So why wouldn't there be a similar system of feedback emotionally or energetically? I guess the physical feedback mechanisms we are so used to, that we can essentially ignore or put on autopilot. But the subtler energetic feelings require a finer sense, perhaps more conscious focused attention? At least initially until the experience of recognition and adjustment becomes more second nature. Interesting ideas Mike 🙏❤️
