This book contains every weekly publication of the American Machinist trade magazine printed in the year 1893. With over 500 pages of illustrations, advertisements, stories, antidotes, and technical writings this time capsule of a book is a sight to behold. With the turn of every page and the discovery of every new design I’m hit with something that I can’t quite describe. Is it awe? Patriotism? Pride? I’d venture to say that it’s a combination of these and more. I firmly believe nothing on this earth is or ever will be perfect.
