Cool Under Fire- De-escalation Techniques to WIN customers!
Could not hear your content because of the music.
Do you have a video for renting timeshares out of the country at a all inclusive resort?
Bruh what are you thinking about with the idiotic music
OMG...do you need that music in the background? its costing you money because we are leaving
this music is so distracting... had to leave
Wow, good job with the info about Redweek. I'm surprised there was only 1 comment! I've used them many times in the past to rent out timeshare units and was very successful but now I've transitioned on to Airbnb. I still use Redweek to check pricing levels and then go up from there. If for some reason I run into a slump on Airbnb I will definitely go back to Redweek.
Hi Mario! Can you elaborate more on the topic? How can I rent my Royal Holiday Tineshare points?
👍🏼💯
You will need to pay property taxes on your time share. It does make you a real estate owner, so taxes follow.
I would love someone to walk me through this so I can start making money. I have the same one (Jockey Club)
Whenever I go to list a timeshare it always give me the "confirm address" error. Is there any work around this
This your background music is unnecessary. It’s a big noise, I can’t even hear you…
The background music
Hello, have you heard of anyone using their timeshare from vacation village in Kissimmee, FL to Airbnb or rent out? I haven’t see any info that says yay or nay.
How can I invest into prosper
Thank you for sharing this. I am in a state that can’t invest but I was still curious about the process.
I earn 20k plus everyday how can I use it to prosper
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Does this coverage by Neighbor also include legal service if liability litigation?
Hi, thank you so much for watching and commenting! It does include legal protection
If you are considering a timeshare, consider the resale market and you will find great deals. All my three timeshares were purchased through Redweek.
Not loving that jump scare intro of yours.
WAYYY to loud, and mic is way too low. He needs to invest in a lavalier mic.
It took you 2 minutes and 28 seconds just to get to the subject, after intro, and the customery but unnecessary some kind of "brand" video. Anyone who selects to watch your video on this subject already knows what timeshares and Airbnb's are. Otherwise, they would look for videos on either subject. Please consider that the title selects the viewing audience when deciding on what to cover. Why do people on RUclips take a marketing concepts "branding" that is serious, and apply to the start of videos, a total unnecessary waste of time. Oh well.
Thank you for watching
To withdraw money is not functioning
Thank you for watching and commenting. I’m sorry withdrawing isn’t working for you. Have you tried both the desktop and mobile versions?
Thank you for the great video and information. I have a large RV space next to my home but wonder if you have ever heard of hosts having a problem with a renter actually trying to live in the RV/Camper that they paid to store. Wondering if it is safer to just rent the space for a vehicle or boat so this would not be an issue? Your advice would be appreciated.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting! I have heard of this issue once where rv owners were trying to get around the costs of rv parks. It's absolutely safer to just rent the space for a vehicle or boat where you don't run into issues of occupancy during storage. In the future if you do rent to campers include within your message or notes that occupancy during storage isn't allowed. That way the rv owner knows they can't try to stay within the camper during the assigned storage period. I hope this helps!
sucks that we cant partake in this in Massachusetts smfh
Thank you for watching and commenting. The one down side is that this isn’t available everywhere yet
how is it going?
Hi, it’s going well, I’m going to be doing a video update soon on the progress of the account with prosper.
Thank you for commenting and watching
So i have Timeshare in SC w/ Spinnaker resorts, But I believe i have every odd year for my Timeshare for a week. Does renting out my timeshare work for me being every odd year?
Hi Carlos, thank you so much for watching and commenting! Yes, even with having your timeshare every odd year, you can rent it out.
Question can you lend only a portion of what they are requesting? Example if someone is requesting $3000 can you lend 1000 or do you have to lend the full amount.
Hi Mark, thank you for watching and commenting! You can lend out money in increments as small as $25.
Note, most prosper loans get paid off early (more than 75% in my 10 yr portfolio get paid off early, meaning in just a few weeks or few months rather than 3 or 5 years etc), so as an investor, you never receive the full projected interest on the invested amount. The yield rates are bogus.
Hi Dan thank you for watching and commenting! That’s an important note for all investors. Thank you for sharing that
That’s why you leave it auto invest on. Perpetual interest.
Hey that means you got your money back though. Just put it on auto invest if you dont already. "Im more concerned about the return OF my money more than the return ON my money" WIll Rogers.
I was on the edge of being accepted of a debt consolidation loan. They rated me as risky. Luckily, I had no delinquency or collection. Same job for 7 years. I am very grateful someone was willing to take me on. I'm on track, and the interest I'm saving is significant. I want to be able to do the same for someone with Prosper in the future. A wonderful idea, and a great way to stick it to the man (banks)!
Thank you so much mike for watching and commenting! Congratulations on your journey, being in that situation makes you want to help others who may encounter the same thing.
Your music is too loud, cant hear what youre saying.
Hi Carol, thank you for watching and commenting. I apologize for the audio issue. Please check out the other videos on prosper.
Your website is down and I don't know how to find you on social media so unfortunately I can do is subscribe

I am looking to purchase timeshares with Westgate so that I can have enough to rent every week of the year
Hi Sirjohn! Thank you for watching and commenting! That’s a solid plan to have. Let me know if I can help you along this journey.
did you end up purchasing?
Thanks for posting this video and explaining this type of lending. I am a start-up sneaker brand (a niche brand) and as far as peer to peer lending groups I am considering applying to 1. Upstart 2. Prosper and 3. Street Shares. What do you think about these choices? I just typed in "Top 10 peer to peer lending groups" and they were on the list. And I'm thinking it's going to take some time for more designs, manufacturing etc etc....that I should get some type of deferred payments? Like maybe 6 months or so before I have to start paying back the loan.
Hi Cody! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Congratulations on starting your company. I think that those 3 choices are excellent and I’ll detail each one. Upstart is a great tool to lend to borrowers but they require you to have an existing company to use their network to lend to borrowers. This is where prosper’s niche comes into play. You only need to money necessary to lend to other directly in a true p2p lending process. Street Shares like upstart is a business to consumer lending platform. I think that both upstart and street shares are great lending platforms if you’re looking to get into lending from a business perspective. If you can, deferred payments are the best option, it’ll give you time to start building your customer base and receiving payments while still having the resources from the loan to fund your business. Just be sure that there are no significant penalties that you’d incur doing so.
@@everydayfinance5185 Sorry I forgot to check for a reply. Thank you so much for the information and for your advice. My sneaker brand is called 3YB, right now still in sample stage but soon should be launching if I can get some funding. Thanks again and stay blessed.
Hello, Im a timeshare owner. I watch your other video on how to list my timeshare in Airbnb. One of the requirements is to have a Short term rental permit. But in Anaheim, when you apply for application permit, they required me to have HOA, allowing short term rental. Can you please give me an idea on how to be part of hoa and at least get a documentation allowing short term rental for my timeshare? I see many listing in AirBnb that has the same Timeshare that I have. I dont know how they made list on Airbnb. Thank you for helping me. 😊
Hi Kobe thank you so much for watching and commenting! I apologize for the delay in responding. I had to take some time to research this to see what the best course of action would be. You have a few options to fix this issue. Based on your timeshare location in Anaheim you can use this website to find an hoa, get information on joining as well as fee information as well. hoa-community.com/location/ca/anaheim-ca/ Using that site you can see what the hoa requirements are fees are to see if it’s worthwhile to pursue. I’ve reached out to a few hoas in Anaheim as well for additional information on this process. I hope this information helps.
How can someone sale his timeshare??
Hi Bess, thank you for commenting and watching! You can sell you timeshare a few ways. The best way is to reach out to a real estate agent that focuses in resales. You can also sell it online as well
Bess, tell me more about the timeshare you are looking to sell?
@@kevinjohnson3521I have one with bluegreen I'm looking to sale
What if you technically do not OWN your air bnb but you are allowed to rent it for guests? How do you get around proving ownership to air bnb? I have a timeshare with Sapphire or Getaways. I posted my listing for Jockey Club but I got an email asking for proof of ownership in TX.
Asiah thank you so much for watching and commenting! If you are subletting the timeshare, a copy of the sublet agreement should suffice. If the owner is just allowing you to use the property to rent it out, a written statement or a statement that has been notarized should suffice as well. I hope this answers you question.
@@everydayfinance5185 Thank you for your response!
No problem! Thank you for watching and commenting!
You dont need to provide proof of ownership they dont ask
Make a listing and start earning
Can you rent out your bonus weeks timeshares. On Airbnb? Can you make a video on that please 😊
Thank you for watching and commenting! I’m preparing to create a video on redweek. I can absolutely cover this as well in that video.
Music volume too high.
Sriranjani thank you so much for watching and commenting! I apologize for the audio issues. I will make sure it isn’t an issue going forward.
Thank you so much for the video this time I can hear your voice👍👍👍
Thank for watching and commenting Luiz! I apologize for the previous video and the audio issues.
Thank you sir
Thank you so much for watching and commenting!
Can’t hear anything with the loud music and monotone voice 🤦🏽♂️
Hi, thank you for watching and commenting. I apologize, the audio issue didn’t become apparent until after the video was uploaded. Please watch our newest video which features direct investments with Prosper.
WOW! I love how you break this down, but I can hardly hear you because the music is too loud. Can you redo this video without the music, please?
Thank you so much for watching and commenting. I apologize for the music. I am posting an updated video soon.
@@everydayfinance5185 Great! Thank you! 👋
Buy them on eBay
Thank you for watching and commenting! That a great idea, but make sure it’s from a reputable seller.
I have had a lot more success with renting my timeshare point reservations with Redweek. Airbnb requires a lot more work for posting and deducts more when someone rents it. Using the calendar to post a timeshare isn't user friendly either. Airbnb is more set up for something you own all year and can take reservations whenever. Posting a timeshare reservation requires you to "block out" a lot of dates and I can't post mulitiple reservations because the pricing may be slightly different due to the season or event attached to the reservation. I was hoping you would talk about setting up calendar dates. Is there an easier way to do it for timeshares?
Hi Heidi, thank you so much for watching and commenting. I can agree that Redweek is much more user friendly when using point based timeshares than Airbnb. I’m going to do some research on setting up calendar dates and get an answer back to you. Thanks again for watching and commenting!
What's redweek? Is that another site or are your referring to the busy weeks of the timeshare?
Thank you very helpful. I will look into renting my time share. I liked and subscribed.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Congrats on starting the process of renting your timeshare!
Thanks for the video, it was very clear and easy to follow. I have a timeshare with Wyndham and it's based on the point system, how would that work as far as renting it out?
Thank you so much for watching and commenting. You’d need to look over your ownership information to see if it’s possible without penalty. Unfortunately point based timeshares typically don’t allow you to rent the space.
You can't rent point based time shares at all? If not is the best option selling it?
QUESTION........if I put $25 on one of the loans....and they start paying it off, everything goes good for 6 or 7 months, AND THEN they decide to default or whatever.......DO I STILL GET TO KEEP the few dollars or whaever I made from them for the 6 or 7 months???? OR............do I lose that as well?? Meaning....is it an 'all or nothing' program....where they either successfully pay off the loan, and THEN I really get that money....or if I am accruing those monthly payments they are making on time......for now??? THANK YOU SOO MUCH for you time and information!
Hi, thank you for watching and commenting. You keep all the money you earn on the loans. If someone defaults later, the balance left on the loan is the defaulted amount, not what they’ve paid towards the loan previously. I hope this helps!
@@everydayfinance5185 Yes, it does. So......in short, I DO keep what they have already paid; which is nice. I wasn't sure if Prosper 'defaulted the entire loan' and I lose all previous payments as well... THANKS AGAIN!!
No problem, glad we could help
Thank you for taking the time to make this. I have several vacant lots I could fence and do this
No problem, thank you for commenting and watching!
Could you lower the music so we can hear your voice more? Great job!
Thank you so much for watching and commenting. I will make sure the music doesn’t interfere in future videos.
