That air screw is adjustable. You need a special tool. Otherwise take it out with tweezers and Dremel a slot in it. The PZ19 is a piece of crap. The stock Keihin is better. What is the problem with the auto enrichers you had? Did they either stick open or stick closed? Because mine seems to work but it always has a gurgle at a quarter throttle transitioning from pilot to needle circuit. I've tried all kinds of jets and needle tapers

I changed out the emulsion tube with the main jet. If the emulsion tube is from the factory carb wouldn't you want to keep the factory needle as well?

I’m so disappointed with my mongoose 90 I bought brand new last summer , it will run for a while and then the battery goes dead, took back to dealer in Strafford mo and they kept it 3 weeks and never called me i ways had to call even when they said we will call you , they said they couldn’t find the problem ! Now it won’t start again, I’ll never buy another

Are your machines 2 or 4 stroke? I thought 4 stroke but now I'm not 100%

That carb can easily be fixed. If you ever needed it. If you pull the needle out through the top the piece that the main jet screws into it with come out also, may have to tap it out but I've replaced many of them. Hope it helps someone if they have the same issue, and doesn't want to change to warrior carb.

I have a Kymco 90 and trying to do the manual choke conversion. I have ordered a PZ19 but it is not a direct swap, the cap from the old throttle cable assembly is larger than the body on the PZ19 and does not fit. Does anyone know what carb to order? Thanks

the warrior and wolverines have the same engine and different carbs. Have the same problem as you cleaned it after it had been sitting a while didn’t want to rev up. After the clean bought a Chinese carb ran horrible worse than ever. Then switched the jets needle and all that into the original was better but still the same wasn’t much better at all. So bought a all balls carb kit ran better than all of it had loads of power but almost still had a slight dead spot after driving it more it went back to its old way underpowered and wont rev up right at a complete loss

I'm in the final stages of installing my 12x12 gazebo. I also purchased the mosquito netting for the gazebo. I'm wondering your opinion on mounting the rail/ track on the outside of the beam so the net would be around the posts instead of behind (on the inside)? I've read reviews and there seems to be a common theme of the net "blowing in". I thought having the net on the outside of the beam would allow for the posts to act as a support for the net. Besides the look/visual of the track on the outside do you have any other thoughts on this? Just wanted to check with you as I move forward with my plans.
