I am very curious and eager to hear u speak to your patient about the therapy u r applying him. Thank you 👍🏼, I did respond to u last weekend in the sciatica nerve stretch. That did help release the tension I had in my glutes and sided of my hips due to my daily grind on my bicycle 🚲. 😂🎉

      @@themovementtherapyinstitute YES I did, this morning for the first time, I have had pain for about 2 weeks and I commented on your post. After following your instructions and replaying the upload, I haven't had any tingling or burning sensation like inflammation. I ride my bicycle 5 to 6 days a week to work. My mileage is about 30 to 35 miles round trip daily. After changing my uniform@work, I will perform a froggy squat, deep quads stretch against the wall with the top of my foot facing flat as I can against the wall, before Iwalk out, Once, outside I will walk for 30 minutes to get my body warm and then I will mount my bicycle 🚲 and cycle with some ocean waves chill music, once I have my groove I change the music to some 90's techno/ dance music. Let's just say I am extremely exhausted and sore on a daily basis. I do take a Rainbow Light daily vitamin along with magnesium calcium supplement. I started my journey 19 to 29 months ago and I weighed 366.7 pounds and I now weigh 240 lbs and change. It is difficult bc it's not the 90's anymore.at that time I weighed 250lbs and dropped till 159.6 in one year. I will continue following your uploads and comment on my opinion and advise from you. Thank you 🙏🏼

    Hello Ms. , I recently watched& enjoyed your massage therapy rehab video. Are you the founding owner of this institute? I have been using your stretch methods and they do really well for me before/after bedtime rest and before I ride my bicycle 🚲 to work. Where are you located? I did subscribe to your channel. I don't have access to a kettle bell, I can use my ten pound dumbbell in my backpack 🎒. What do think about that as a professional therapist? Thank you Miss 🎉

      Hello glad you found the videos helpful. Yes I am the owner of MTI, it's a physical therapy and performance practice. My physical office is inside Hive Performance in Davie, FL however we do also see our clients remotely via zoom for telehealth session. I wouldn't recommend using a back pack. Ideally a kettlebell but you can just use the dumbbell however its a different feel. If you have free weights that you are better off doing a foundational kettlebell

    I am enjoying the knowledge and shorts on mid thoracic exercise/stretch movements on a daily basis and before riding my bicycle 🚲 for many miles to and from work. I often soak in 18 to 38 lbs of ice for 10 to 15 minutes, once or twice a week for inflammation and extreme soreness. I breathe, sleep, better and recover better.🎉

    We recommend this exercise to practice loading the stance leg in a kickstand position which carries over to walking and running needed for every sport. Usually this exercise is used in combination with other exercises specifically tailored to the individual and your unique goals

    Not even how you do the exercise. You still need to have a bicycle like rotation of the legs when doing buttkicks. Also don’t point you’re toes down flex them towards the sky. Who is coaching this shit and who thought it was good enough to post on the tube for others to see.
