Most of the time it’s a module. I tape one door switch, hold the other with my hand and when I let go of the switch If the module is good it will flicker on then go dim. If it’s out it will not come on at all. Then pull it out protect the liner with painters tape take the module off and short the pins with a screwdriver and if the rest of the light comes on then you know you have a bad led.

Our lights are out as well . I can unplug and plug it back in and they will work for a few minutes then go back out .

If it is under warranty does it void the warranty if the owner tries to fix it instead of an authorized technician?

I cant get mine to go into programming mode when I put the new board in. Its still just a blank screen that turns blue whenever I press any button. Any ideas anyone??

thank you-we got control board on- fridge is now working but we're stuck on programming -PE0 & 000 is not blinking? so unable to program - nothing happens ... its just frozen on PEO AND 000 (we followed each step --- water button, then hold down lower left button, etc) nothing happens- help :)

Do a calibration

You could have gotten all this information from the tech sheet schematic. There is no way to know without proper testing. I’m my opinion you were expecting a solution more than technical troubleshooting help from the tech line person.

Is there a purpose to this video? Did I really need to have a 6 minute tour through someone's refrigerator? Total nonsense.

Expencive to repair is the springs .rods.120$ .. it hit the sides and shut off.
