    1. Сравнение нужно проводить на взрослых растениях. Неужели и они не отличаются размахом листьев? У Конго листья должны расти более вертикально, а у Империал более раскидисто, в ширину. 2. Если эти два разных сорта одного возраста вырастут до взрослого состояния в одинаковых условиях, то они будут разных размеров?

    From what i could find, this Philodendron is acctually called P. 'Henderson's Pride' later called 'Jungle Boogie' by retailers, but is originally supposed to be a hybrid between a P. wendlandii x P. tortum, hence the thick petioles huge leaves and compact growth habit of the P. wendlandii and the wavy edges and reddish new growth from the P. tortum, but with the potential to vine with smaller leaves in low light conditions. I just thought i would point it out since there seems to be very little concice information on all the Hybrids flating around in the hobby.

    • @brainarabia8468

      It was very windy that time. So after unboxing I kept them indoors until the weather settles. But all of my plants which are outdooors are fine. 😊They are used to having that kind of weather. Sometimes scorching hot, other times non stop pouring rain. But they survived. 😆 The shipment on that video was from a province here in the Philippines. But we import plants from Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and we have some from Euroupe I forgot which country that was but most of our plants are locally grown here in the Philippines.

    • @brainarabia8468
      @brainarabia8468 Год назад

      If it starts to have fenestrations, you can cut the top off. The new growth usually returns to its juvenile form. You can also plant a node cutting. This way you can keep its juvenile form longer.

    Philodendron Paraiso Verde revert in low temperatures (less than 22-23C). You can give whatever the soil you want and whatever the light you want, but if they get cold, they revert

    VERY COOL! Thank you for making a video for this variegated variety. Are they actually naturally-occurring varieties or are they cultivated? I acquired a an aurea variegated at my local Home Depot. It was hidden in a 5-branch braid of regular pachiras. I've since cut down the other four and only allowed the variegated trunk to grow. It's still young so I'm not sure what the variegation will look like when the leaves get larger. Also, what root-stock are you using - regular Pachira? I'm scared to graph using your tongue and groove method (as my prior attempts on figs have resulted in the graphs drying out), I've only tied branches (trunks) together and allowed them to fuse, then I cut the bottom off, keeping the top fused to the other tree.

    • @brainarabia8468
      @brainarabia8468 Год назад

      I am glad that you liked it. I think the variegated ones are cultivated but I am not so sure. There is an aurea variety that turns green as the leaves mature and can be mistaken as a regular pachira. I think that is what happened to your braided pachira.

    • @brainarabia8468
      @brainarabia8468 Год назад

      We are using regular pachira trunk and we are doing tongue and groove. You can use any method that goes well with you.

    • @brainarabia8468
      @brainarabia8468 Год назад

      @@brainarabia8468 BTW, there are many dupes out there selling/marketing Pachira ‘aquatica’ when it’s really Pachira glabra. I have a regular (albeit) 6ft tall braided tree and I planted outside in the ground and it flowered a year later… with white flowers :-( Pachira aquatica’s flowers are brilliant red. But with your beautifully variegated leaves, I suppose it’s all about the leaves and less the flower -lol.
