You should show how to properly cover a bathtub before u demo tile and tile board and drop it all over the tub u hack I'm sure u will have a reason why u didn't cover the tub....ur apron is soaked in blood as u exit the home....

I feel like I would be worried about the tub getting scratched, would have to vac up all that dust.

Why did you not go in through the back side..?

I'm more curious on how you're going to seal that hole..

I was told by Viega that you should solder the tub spout part because you can loose the pro press fittings when screwing on the spout tight against tub wall

My best tip for using muriatic acid is to wet the concrete first. Just my opinion . But you had about 2 feet of wall left and the original texture was terrible . Instead of trying to match that ugly texture I would have just skimmed out the last 2 Feet smooth and shot a nicer , more consistent texture . Instead of trying to match it and spending time trying to remove the hard edge and blend it so it don’t show up when painted .

I see plumbers and fitters put an x on each crimp after they crimp it to show it was crimped and they use a black marker to mark the pipe showing that the fitting is all of the way in.

when you mark the pipe you are 100% that the fittings are in all the way. propressing all those fittings should of taken you about a minute. I would charge $650 including valve and finish in 1 hour. And I do not repair the drywal. 👍👍 You did a good job 👍

It looks like you need to add more water to your texture mix it looks a little dry, also dont forget to back blade it after it drys with a 6 inch , Believe me i live this texture life!!!!! also i personally know the inventor "scott" he is a textureologist and i am one of his students
