Other than Neji, Temari had the most impressive display of power vs the sound 5. It was short lived but that summoning was insane. Neji’s fight is still the freakin best. 128 palms and learning about the blind spot just made the fight so intense.
When does this anime come back

will never understand why neji didn't just try to get closer to kidomaru. He knew exactly where he was but never attempted to chase him.

@@TheBlaze22b ??? I've watched this full fight multiple times.The real answer is, obviously, that it's more convenient for writing. Up until Kidomaru had moved past that 100ft range (even though there are episodes of Naruto that canonically state the Byakugan can see for kilometers) Neji knew exactly where he was.
It's likely due that golden armor Kidomaru has. Even if Neji could catch him, it doesn't matter unless he could get pass the defense that makes Juken useless against it. Otherwise Neji would have easily won this.
@@DroppedMyController the armor didn't prevent neji from getting close though. and the way it shlopped off means it can be broken. if anything, at least getting close would prevent all of kidomaru's long-range attacks. He would have to engage neji in taijutsu or run away.
@@marcusjones6098 That's true at least defensively that would be better. But, there's also the fact that Kidomaru has the advantage in the trees. Remember when Neji tried to ambush him and Kido dodged mid-air do to the web? Neji could come after him, but he can't move mid air like Kido can, so if he makes move on kido while kido is in midair, he becomes vulnerable.

Literally the best sports anime of all time, and I've seen just about all of them. Been waiting for years for part two the next season!
I'm now watching part 2. Nowhere near finished yet but this is a great sports anime. One of the best. It's long but I might watch it again later. His growth is exponential. Can't wait to see what he accomplishes later in the show
@lonnisplace1459 I'm almost kinda jealous that you get to watch this anime for the first time. Before this anime, I HATED baseball. I thought it was such a lame sport, but afterwards... Sawamara's frustration, setbacks, resilience...man! It had me crying, laughing, jumping up in excitement... Literally the BEST sports anime. Honestly, I put it in my top 15 for best anime EVER! *sigh* I may binge it again soon. Hopefully the latest season will be out by the time I finish. 😢
