Cradled in the folds of Northern Western Ghats, Sudhagad Wildlife Sanctuary is a newly declared protected area spread in Pune and Raigadh districts of Maharashtra. Sudhagad gets its name from Sudhagad Fort at Pali, Raigadh. Rich habitat and tropical climate of the region supports exceptionally high level of biological diversity. Sudhagadh Wildlife Sanctuary is home to more than 1000 species of trees, shrubs, mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish species of high conservation value. The famous trek of Andharban forest is part of this sanctuary.

माझ्या पारंगखार गावापासून जवळपास आहे आणि त्या मार्गाने मी मुरुड जंजिरा येथे गाडी घेऊन गेलो आहे रस्ता नागमोडी वळणाचा असल्याने प्रवास करताना नजरेस बरेच काही पडते.

महाराष्ट्रातील सर्व राखीव अभयारण्य यांची माहिती द्यावी तसेच त्या भागात जाण्यासाठी कुठून जाता येईल का वनविभागाच्या साईटवर ऑनलाईन बुकींग आहे का ? तसेच तिथे राहण्याची सोय आहे का ?? इत्यादी माहिती दिली तर पर्यटक आकर्षित होतील.मी कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यातील आहे पण मला सगळीकडे,विषेत: निसर्गाच्या सान्निध्यात त्यामुळे वरील माहिती या आपल्या माध्यमातून दिली तर सर्वाना फायदा होईल
छान माहिती दिलीय परंतु सुळक्या वरील फालकन पक्षी बद्दल माहिती नाही दिली. तसेच दुर्मिळ फोस्टनस्नेक पण मोठया प्रमाणे कर्नाळ्यात दिसतो.
