A study published in Nutrients using data from the Norwegian Mother, Father, and Child Cohort Study found that children eating healthier diets exhibited lower depression and anxiety symptoms and developed more positive personality traits such as extroversion, conscientiousness, and emotional stability by age 8. Similarly, mothers who followed healthy diets during pregnancy were more likely to have children with fewer mental health issues and more favorable personality traits. The study emphasizes the subtle yet meaningful influence of early-life nutrition on long-term mental health and personality development.

How on Earth can social anxiety be measured in anyone? In humans social anxiety is perceived through a test - which can be thwarted with stigma. There are no apparatus, no mechanical tools to measure psychological issues - they are all assumptions of doctors in child. Behavior is not good indication of anxiety. It could be explained in another way, always.

At 14yo I committed suicide and was revived before being sent to a mental asylum. For the next 45 years my life would evolve around psychiatrists, medications and mental homes. That was until one day when the owner of a health food store said to me, “you don’t have a mental issue, you have a dietary issue”. I decided to take her advice and for the past 10 years have only eaten plant based wholefoods, drunk distilled water and removed any form of sugar in my diet (anything with a bar code). I went cold turkey with it and have never seen a psychiatrist, medication or mental home since. Turns out I had a biological illness, not a mental illness.

We all know its super addictive. And we all know you will feel better without it. I hope tax payers didn't fund this. "Scientists found if you smash your toe, you'll feel pain! They asked 8629 people, and they all felt pain!". So often scientists have to run a study to learn the most obvious things.

It is unbeliveble that this channel is so unpopular. I wish you more views and I wish people to be more interested in it. I would like to see more movies about relation between health and diet, maybe something about role of diet in healing of depression, for exaple about serotonine (the gut as a "second brain") and how eating habits affect human lifestyle, diet is associated with the practice of planning and implementing, it forces you (us) to think.

This kind of dietary intervention (along with daily physical activity) should be the PRIMARY interventions for depression, NOT psychiatric drugs. There are many other depression-fighting lifestyle interventions in the free, evidence-based book The Sudist Way (which is not religious, in case you're wondering). If I was able to cure my suicidal depression almost 25 years ago using these free lifestyle methods, why not you or your loved ones? It can be done, and the study described in this video is just one more piece of evidence that shows us it's possible. Good luck and NEVER GIVE UP. 💪🏻
