I am using the exact same engine for my 4x4 Coupe Turbo🙂

You can also try "EvapoRust" to dissolve the surface rust. Then you can use normal epoxy primer (and even zinc primer under the epoxy primer to be extra careful about rust in future). But I don't know if it works though, it's supposed to be paint safe. I'm not totally sold that these other rust converter primers work 100%.

Appreciate that in your country there is a lot of sun. In Poland it has not been visible for many days, even weeks. it is very, very difficult to get motivated to work.

7:14 Here in Poland we call it a bush. You know, like branches. The remaining pieces of welding wire are usually the beginning of corrosion.

Nice work on repairs. Sierra always rusty underneath. A question with using the stainless steel. Are you not concerned for galvanic reaction between the origional exhisting steel, the welding and new stainless steel. In my knowledge and experience, contact with dissimalar metals can cause this galavanic reaction speeding up the corrision effect of the lesser steel. Conduct a test with a treated mild steel bolt and a stainless steel nut in the open environment for a week. Add a catalyst. (Water ie rain and moisture) Ive seen how quickly the treat bolt corrodes. Worried your good honest metal work and repairs on the sierra may come back to haunt you Enjoy and appreciate watching your work and video posts. Helps me to decide what i want to do with my project. LOVE These cars, I have a Talon TSI AWD with 16k on it. That i got 8 years back cause i didn't want it to get beat up!

it would be useful the body turning device. If I ever do another rusty car job, I have to have this. The bottom position, under the lift, is tiring for the arms.

That is not bad at all. I am amazed that the trunk edges and air vent holes are still there. I was not so lucky. Just make sure that all the drains are clear and bottom frame rails are not to rusty. Rear shock mounts too.

So far, I could have done it also. I am good at taking stuff apart 🙃

Hello, I have a ford scorpio 2.8 v6 electronic injection vehicle. One of the air flow meters is removed and the other is installed. When I install the canceled one, it works normally at idle, but when I get on the road, the vehicle stalls and becomes blocked. I would appreciate it if you could give me information on what should I do in this case and also how to adjust the Distributor.
