I'm starting the abcentric by metamorphosis by tracy anderson. This was done after my first workout and it's a review and overview of what you get in the mail, my thoughts on the video and explanation of it. so far not too impressed with the cardio segment but the transform dvd gave some good moves without getting too sweaty which was nice. it lacks directions though so its hard to not stare at...

Good luck with your recovery Katie, you are in my prayers.
Monk Tyson you are ignorant and clearly the one that wants attention. My Mother had lymes and ignorant doctors diagnosed her with Mercers. It wasn't until she developed Bell's palsy that they finally admitted it was Lymes. Even though you are totally disrespectful I still wouldn't wish this disease on you. Your kind of stupidity is what perpetuates the denial of existence of this disease. I have no clue why some people insist that those infected just wake up one day and say, "I'm gonna throw my life away starting today and just pretend that I'm sick." That is so completely ridiculous and I would be embarrassed to even repeat that you believe that. Katie I wish you the best. I for one completely understand your struggle. The more the world is educated on Lymes the better chance there is for successful treatment.
When you get rid of all the infections and parasites you will also get rid of the allergies....Treating seronegative Babesia was a real game changer for me. But it was very hard.
i can only hope! i've now been on meds since october and it hasn't gotten much better. i found eating pumpkin seeds has helped with the parasites. but allergies get better and worse with no reason.. who knows. :( damn lyme
