I just clicked the link to your sales page template and see it's no longer free. I agree with your logic, that free isn't valued! I have a personality quiz I am thinking about relaunching. It was extremely popular before. I was thinking about making it low ticket like $22. Then have upsells on the result page. The only thing is that I don't sell a digital product, I sell services. I can bundle them I'm sure, but my main service is higher ticket. Do you think this could work as a funnel to a higher ticket offer?

Thanks so much for your response. You rock! Another question...do "communities" enable robust targeting communication with members. I imagine that clients' access group assignment can be associated with an automatic tagging, which allows emails to be sent to a specific access group. Is there a way such that their activity within the community can trigger other automations like tagging and emails. For instance, if they complete a section of content, or get enough points or badges, can those actions trigger automations? And if the answer is "no", what about PMs inside the community. Can those be directed to groups based on parameters as mentioned above? Thanks

Great video! I get that there can be multiple access groups, so there can be two tiers, paid and not paid. Very cool. Basically replaces FB group and can have an integrated paid content and meetups. A few questions and I'd be grateful for your thoughts: 1. Can we set it up so that everyone in the paid group is also part of the unpaid group?. 2 Can we have more than one paid access groups with different access to content? 3. Does the system track who shows up for a meetup, maybe with a tag, so for instance, we can automate followup emails to people who attended a free live session? THANKS!

Hey guys, thank you so much. This has been an eye opener for me. I am not tech savvy at all. Yet I have been going down that rabbit hole of learning how to build landing pages. email capture. Follow up emails. Build a course, 7 steps to running a business. yadi yadi ya. I spent whole days learning and putting landing pages together only for it not to work. UGH! so frustrating. I'm not doing anything I want to do. I just like painting and teaching that. So after seeing your videos I'm just going back to that just painting and putting it on YTube....

Thanks Brian. I had a business that I ran for years and there were a lot of moving parts. Plus i was the main cog in the wheel. I hear you. Now I just want simplicity. Not so many other people benefiting from my hard work before I did. So I had a number of rentals and Airbnb's. Outsource man! that sounds good but they're not doing it for free and they also get paid first! My bank got paid, My agent managing the properties got paid the water and rates departments got paid the booking site got paid the cleaners got paid the laundry company got paid The power company got paid. There's no doubt more to add that got paid but at the very end of the line was me who created, owned and most of the time managed and operated the business. Simplicity. I crave it. I'm a little confused though Acapolco as to what it is that you are offering? You see i have an art channel on here and I too am over the heavily edited format and have gone to hour long tutorials as I just don't want to edit it right down to an eight minute video. To be honest I get just as many views (3) but a lot more watch time so it not too bad. Thanks again Yakulto for such a great video and for taking the time to film edit and deliver. I know it's a process.

Circle has the ability to have a free tier, and people being able to see what calls and courses they don't have access to, and be able to unlock the access of the single courses or knock up to the paid membership tier Can current Kajabi community do that? DO you know if not, is that a planned update?

Can I start the Kajabi community as "Free for all" first, and then turn the community as part of the paid course later? Would I lose all the engagement on the free side?Thanks so much!

I use a wait list strategy with the price on the opt in because I serve the Non-Profit sector and most times, they expect services to be given for free.

Wow I just listened to his book. Well it must be pre covid I think. Around 2019 but it was all about YouYube and other ways to maximise your talents. All the best. Love your videos.. Yes i was stressing out constantly over getting a video out once a week. I didn't even care in the end if the content was any good. I just thought get quantity out not quality. As I was looking at others in my neich and they had like abstract art channels and were getting millions of views so I thought it doesn't matter about quality. Now I still don't care too much about getting all the editing right or getting a video out once a week and to be honest nothing has changed well at least I'm not going backwards. In fact I just let the whole process unfold rather than cut it down to an eight minute video I now un-edit a lot and just say this is how I paint a thing in real time... But my problem with your method Yaakov is you and your lovely talented wife at least had the luxury of grinding and making heaps of income where as me I haven't even managed to monetise in 3 years. I'm pretty much looking at this whole thing as a stressful hobby rather than something serious. I weirdly love it though.... Although I think I either suck at my neich or just am dumb either way I fail, he he. Great video.
