I can confirm it wasn’t. I was watching the voice actress’s for these two in an interview after the episode aired and they said Monty wanted this romance from the beginning. They both knew about it since the beginning of the series. They’ve been waiting as long as we have for this romance
This just gives off trailer vibes like it feels like a trailer for the show overall and not just one volume, and I like that style AMV seeing there's a Carmen Sandiego AMV done to Survivor by 2WEI and that feels like a trailer for the show overall as well so yeah this is just amazing.

Sorry, I don't allow reposting of my work, even with credit. It's not hard to make your own though! iMovie is free and very easy to use, and there are lots of sites you can download anime
The Only character left in that currently degraded series I truly like and still have respect for. Qrow, Ruby, Neo and Ren are all ruined husks of their former selves.
