@@artharionsanchez1793 I have not tried it, but it does change how they operate, but it still seems like the Bronze tier units are utterly trash. It is probably as you say, top tier units and dice.

@@Musicpins Some of the abilities will only work if you recruit them (like the Peasant), but many of them work just like one of your units would. Some of these neutral units are nasty! Them being a bit more powerful than the ones you recruit seem to be for a greater challenge when facing an AI enemy as it would be pretty easy if none of them did anything.

Ah okay, so it is supposed to be like that, sure as hell was a challenge! And we just played normal 😂

@jonanjello Yes, he should have rolled. After choosing not to, I realize that any shields is still an excess of zero so a roll should always happen. Furiosa was good! Fury Road is my favorite movie, so more stories in that universe interest me. Its a shame it is considered a flop and we likely will not get more Mad Max (hope I am wrong). You are the first to point out the random things on the table as a feature. I try to change them every video in hopes someone checks them out or asks me.about something they saw and maybe gets a new interest, game, hobby, song, etc.

@BPEMETO I am having a blast playing it solo! I have tried with friends but they tend to scoff at the amount of time needed to play. A minimum of 2 hours for sure. As for playing solo, it's great. I can pause when I want and return when ready. I also love the IP, so I might be a little bias when saying that I do recommend it.

@BPEMETO I did the Kickstarter, so I have everything released so far, I am not sure when retail expansions will drop. They are also doing another Gamefound Campaign on September 17th, I believe. They have expansion, all-in, new stuff only, etc.

@dimaleoniv7987 I had not thought of it that way. I am enjoying the game quite a bit, more so now that I have learned more. It is a great point, though, that I am managing too many pieces and parts at once. I have now made over 6 of these videos and still make "little mistakes" every video because of something I forgot to manage instead of a continuous flow of the game. I do still like the game and it drives me to play it more, I am going to stick with it, but it does feel I am juggling too much at once sometimes.

@kimobruns Get a pot of water and a container with a flat bottom full of ice and water. Boil water, get some tongs, and hold the base in the boiling water for almost 10 seconds. After the boil, put it IMMEDIATELY into an ice bath. Hold the base flat with some pressure for about 20 seconds.

Now, the good news- ALL "Gameplay Unique" promos will be purchasable straight from Renegade when their promotional period ends. It is estimated that Shiori and Sgt. Drake Alexander will be available to purchase between December and February, I believe. There are no prices yet. Do NOT panic buy on eBay. If you can not get one now, it will come eventually as a standalone purchase. You are unlikely to miss them if you watch!

You can also use knowledge outside of combat. The section you checked is its expert effect which only makes sense to be used in combat (to increase your spell limit by one). Its basic effect however is also an instant effect you could have used it after casting dimension door. On the other hand because of the 2 negative morales you should not have that knowledge card in your hand anyway, sooo 😅

@csabaidonat awwww, I thought I made no mistakes this time! Haha! Oh, I thought the negative morale only forced a discard at the end of a turn, thanks. Also, thanks for identifying expert spells, I clearly would not have caught that!

@csabaidonat noted for next time for sure. I still had two rounds by the end of this game so I believe even without Dimension Door I still could have made that last battle. I love this game, it has a lot of moving parts and things to remember, but it is worth all of the time playing/learning!

And a couple of combat related observations: 1. Earthquake damages every adjacent units to walls and gates. Including yours! 😅 2. Pack Gold Dargon breath attack has a base 3 attack not 2. Few dragons only have 2. 3. I also keep forgetting AI cards. The best practice that worked for me: when the combat starts I put 1 AI card UNDER every AI enemy unit so when it activates I remember to use the card under it. 4. The carried over damage is always calculated incorrectly. Dont forget when you flip a unit from pack to few, a portion of the carried over damage will be absorbed by the target units few side defense. Example: you attack Pack Zombies (3 HP, 1 def) with 6 att -1. That is 5 damage, 1 absorbed by pack Zombie defense, 4 goes in, 3 is enough to flip the Zombies to few. You still have 1 carried over damage but Few Zombies also have 1 defense so no damage goes in to the few side of the zombies.

@hexhalla That is a rule I have tried to apply to many games I play. "A card laid is a card played." The concept is making and committing to a move, not undoing it when you notice a mistake or better move after the fact you made a choice. We try to apply it to our ganes to challenge our critical thinking and maybe help us to slow down a bit and make better decisions. Mistakes and slip ups happen, so sometimes we are forgiving, but often we play to use it as a tool to better yourself as a player. It is not heavily policed with players who do not wish to have that be their experience.
