Yeah a lot of ppl watching the movies are fun. This year had so many good films. I watched heretic on saturday here in Sweden and it was quite a lot of ppl there. We are always like 2 months behind on new films tho, unless there's global releases like big marvel films :P

My kids absolutely LOVED it. I thought it was fun, though; much of it was a beat-for-beat rehash of the first, and the music was absolutely forgettable. I'd give it a 7/10 for a kids movie. Would definitely watch it with the kids when they inevitably ask for it again.

I found it a MUCH more cartoonish movie that had a very slim chance to ever surpass the original. That being said, if you can get past that, it’s a fairly entertaining time.

Sorry, even with more screen time, Paul Mescal would not live up the grandeur (gravitas) of Russell Crow. He was swallowed up by Denzil. And sadly, Mescal was not very believable as a character wronged and driven by “revenge” or justice

Yeah I saw this movie last week and enjoyed it but mostly because of Denzel's performance. When my friend and I left the theater we talked about if Denzel was not cast in this role how good with this movie be. The answer was not positive lol.

Yeah this was just a fine 7/10. The story and pacing dragged it down. Denzel was the highlight and reason to see this film, and some epic visual scenes at least made it pleasant. I think we will see the release of an extended cut because I feel like a lot of scenes was left out of the cinematic cut. Just like most ridley films tbh. Kingdom of heaven being most known for this, cinematic cut pretty bad and the extended actually good

Just saw it today and loved it so much! I had never seen the musical so this was my intro to Wicket and I am really dying to see part 2. Will definitely be a big Oscar contender.

As a paramedic myself they did a great job depicting what a hectic trauma scene looks like, from the patients to the sounds and distractions it was very spot on

I went into the film with low expectations and really enjoyed myself. The building intensity, the drama, and the ending. All really great like you said, We dont see films like this too often.

I had read the book and saw the film today. Unfortunately, I saw it with a friend who is not a movie person. So..she got a giant bag of popcorn..the paper bag crackled terribly! We were in the very last row at an AMC theater which was totally packed! I could not believe that she constantly looked at her phone which was completely distracting, and I did not say anything. She also slept through most of the film and snored..I did tell her to wake up a few times. I teach film and have done much film/arts writing, so the movie was ruined for me. I love this friend but got really upset with her after the movie and told her we are great friends but not for movie outings! Anyway, my solution is to see the film again in peace. What a waste of an afternoon. I liked your comments and will find you again..

Roy Cohn is an interesting figure. Even outside of mentoring Trump, his life was really wild.

“This film is incredibly directed”. That’ll be the big point you and I differ. I feel everyone else did their job. Actors fantastic, cinematography great…but Phillips dropped the ball imo. He was the weak link in this production. Love hearing your thoughts though, man!
