Don't the chaos gods embody concepts, so the death of a chaos god would erase those concepts from existence? So War, Hatred, Wrath, Rage, Murder, Blood, Strength, Courage, Martial Honor... just gone, no? I guess we have to assume the remaining chaos gods scramble to absorb his former domains, Khorne getting separated from them so he was erased but not the concepts he embodied themselves. Though ig they could've also been erased from the warp but mortals could remain still capable of them, though the absence of a Warp entity feeding and amplifying these emotions could weaken their prevalence - kinda huge for the 40k universe. Though the obvious is also possible with the concepts just erased from reality, though given that'd make the rest of the story a real challenge, what with hatred, wrath, rage, murder, and blood all gone. Bloodthirsters, daemons, and mortal servants would either cease to exist or become inert. Khornate Champions and Chaos Marines like the World Eaters would likely suffer psychic or physical backlash from their patron’s destruction. Slaanesh would probably grow unchecked... though they'd all be fighting over Khorne's former domains.

Remember, Doomslayer killed the actual god. While he is basically that same god, he still erased everything in his path. If Doomslayer and Big E were to meet, they're most likely become the same person

This series is absolute fire

Sad thing is out if all the Chaos God's Khorne is the least evil of the ruinous power's simply put his true name is lost through the ages it's also possible he is the God of War like the embodiment of War the oldest out of the War God's but due to Humans able to manipulate the warp and reality of the warp this War God was twisted and after losing a majestic form he had for over thousands of years truely would of been a brilliant form of grace was now twisted to what is known now in the millenia of this world of war and grim dark is now Khorne the Blood God the Chaos God. But yeah Khorne he's really not that bad he is what it's described as War, Fight's and Glory just a War God and like every War God despite being corrupted by the chaotic amalgamation of humanities impunity of choarruption he only gives boons and blessings to worthy warriors of his Chaos follower's and he does so extremely rarely and despises thoughs that kill (even if its war and a grim dark world as 40K is) Khorne has standard's harming and killing of innocents such as elderly, young children and that of pregnancy of unborn children he will be digusted he'll accept these blood offerings the Blood must flow and skulls for the skull throne but you will get narry a boon or blessing neither a fart in the wind from Khorne himself.

If any had the psychic power of the grey knights they would hear the warp itself chanting in an unending tide of "RIP AND TEAR" as a growing cacophony until it was deafening as he got closer. Being nearby you can... feel it. But psychically? Crippling agony.

The only thing i find unlikely is the Slayer talking, he just probably run after the demons into that warp portal

Ngl pretty sure the fight wouldve been longer before khornes actual death. Tho during that time, pretty sure Khornes laughing in ecstasy and yelling at Doomslayer from his throne. Most of it would be "youve earned your titles, the fear of all who sense you, the terror your presence delivers, the hate of those who could do nothing against you. They are so well earned"

I think you should do a joke story like introducing Chuck Norris or like Bugs Bunny. I think it would be an interesting story just to show the contrast between how dark the 40K universe is compared to cartoons, it could even be just a 1 or 2 part thing, or you could go extreme and do something like Blues Clues or something like bluey, it can just be something you know to stretch your story telling.

Why do they need Void Shields against the Warp but not against a realm within the Warp?

An interesting thing is that the doom slayer in the lore not only had a lot of rage but on taras nabad ( where he became the slayer) the people of taras nabad were given hope from the doom slayers rage meaning the doom slayer isn't fueling korne but starving him and filling it with hope which COULD work.

What I am gathering is that they could use the Slayer to bring down literally any enemy so long as there is a large demon or similar on the other end of the battlefield. I can see some clever work here. Secretly inspiring the warp to appear deep inside necron and tyranid territory, maybe even the orcs, then set him tell him the augery systems detected it.

If I understand the warp(who does), will power is key. And doomguy has the strongest will in any verse. He is a warp God. He can single handedly affect reality like the whole of orc kind. By simply believing with his unwavering conviction.

He would slay the emporer of mankind for sure.

I was kinda hoping they hadnt followed him so nobody would have known Angron was dead. It would have made the Slayer even more badass, defeating an impossible foe like a demon primarch and then just leaving the body there on some unknown planet for nobody to ever find out.

Was Expecting Kharn the Betrayer to appear before Khorne tbh, perhaps he'll become the defacto leader of the remaining Khorne daemons if theres any at all.

Khorne sends all his daemons to 'greet' the Slayer. Slayer has his Destruction Empowerment trait ACTIVE. Om nom nom nom... Khorne: "I may have made a miscalculation..." Seriously, it's probably like giving the Slayer a constant Argent Energy all-you-can-eat buffet.
