Nice ideas, but I think the piece would benefit more from a variety of winds, rather than just clarinets.

Oh I like it! Good job ❤ I would like to ask about the tonality... Is there a reason you kept the original Gb Major? It'll sound a bit more muffled for the quartet, as there's a lack of open strings resonating. (Although, this is an awesome effect!) If the Gb Major isn't intentional, we, string players, will have to work around those flats like a puzzle for no reason. Unless, like I said, the muffled sound is intended! 🎻❤ Wish the best as a fellow composer/arranger!
Thanks so much, I never knew that about string instruments! I'm a woodwind player so I just kept it in the original key as Db major is so lush, I'll keep that in mind next time I arrange for strings!

Words cannot describe how amazing of an arrangement this is. The chords are just too thick and luscious. After seeing this, I showed it to my sax colleagues where I attend college, and I'm on a mission to get us to perform it in our sax ensemble next semester.
