I study architecture and it works best for me to start with fixtures, counters and furnishings first along with the clients' needs for rooms. After that you design the rooms to fit the furnishings. Take for instance the bathroom in my house. I have always wanted to add extras, but it is not possible because the bathroom is what I like to call your standard size bathroom. That means there is only room for bathroom necessities. I thought of getting a toilet paper stand, but it would just get in the way. I think the toilet paper looks best hanging from the wall dispenser for my bathroom layout.

I had dead spaces in my coffee shop restaurant design and figured plants would be a good filler instead of placing the diners there because due to the design layout it looked like the diners could easily become forgotten in the corner if foot traffic was heavy. As you would end up having people going in and out of restrooms, restaurant workers all over and people going in and out of a conference room.

What program do you use? ☺️

My little office room is similar to your layout (where the door and windows are). I wfh but can’t have my computer monitor facing the window or door. So I might have to try to rearrange my furniture like this. Thanks!

This is a superb woodworking book I have ever read, “Bαzοmο Tdy Plαn” (Google it). Both beginner and some seasoned woodworker could gain a lot of general info from this reading material. Surprisingly, this book has been my partner whenever I wish to look up woods at areas and other topics like restoring as well as salvaging spots. .

This is by far the best wood working book I have ever read, “Bαzοmο Tdy Plαn” (Google it). My woodworking instructor even recommends his scholars to learn the book. I am astounded by the amount of detail the authors go into topics. I`m astounded by the material and did not have a difficult time following the lessons. .

I have been doing a experiment in socializing on a limited base ,when I enter a waiting room at the Doctors office or any area where people are waiting for whatever reasons (waiting rooms) I pause after entering and say good morning or afternoon which ever applies. Most all the people will look at me and repeat the greeting and the smiles break out and soon the people are talking to one another and they relax and the tension disappears . This works in small groups I haven’t tried it in larger grouping , like a store Yet .. The reaction is very positive and makes me feel I have helped relive some worries and fears if for only a short time . That makes me happy too.!!
