Spent so much of my childhood trudging around these reserves with my dad. Often in lashing, Siberian winds that brought in horizontal sleet. Trying to identify one, small brown bird amongst the curlews 😂 page after page of little brown birds with maybe a feather of difference! No facilities in those days. In fact, hardly saw another person. It looks lovely in the sunshine 😂

I spent years thinking that I'd seen a little owl gliding across a meadow, but now I know that they're only the size of a song thrush,I know it wasn't! How tiny! We're working our way through your whole collection and appreciate it very much!

I've been trying to source a copy of this on DVD for years, to replace my VHS tape. I've now given up and will do what you've done and record it to my PC. I have several other natural history tapes that I will have to do the same with. I hope they will look good on the large TV we have now, though.
