      @@ForestMarkson How is it going bro!?! I’m from Ukraine too. Great to have you on my channel. Great questions 👍🏻Rebel 500 is a cruiser bike. The suspension is adjustable, but even in the lowest setting it rides stiff, sometimes the ride can get very bumpy. The throttle is responsive and delivers great smooth engine power especially at higher RPMs. It’s not the fastest bike, but also not slow. I say somewhere in the middle. This Rebel 500 is my daily ride and I live in the major city with crazy drivers. The 1st and 2nd gears are short, but then it gets better. Mine has 6 gears. This bike does feel kind of sporty with a classic look and that’s why I love it too. It’s easy to throw this bike side to side while riding in traffic becomes a joy. It’s got fat wheels and feels stable on the road. I’m planning to keep my Rebel 500 CMX SE for some time. I post weekly videos about my Rebel 500. Currently torn between honda rebel 500 and the Bristol Bobber 650 :) - Also this is probably so stupid but about the same time I was thinking of buying a bike I stumbled upon this anime called "SuperCub" which is just a story of a student buying a 50cc supercub and her day to day with the cub. Got a Honda Navi about 2 months ago as my first 2 wheel motorized bike.. as someone who thought they’d NEVER even attempt to ride a motorcycle, I’m ready to get a Rebel 500 as my first real bike! 😬🙏🏼 Other than having to learn the clutch, the Navi definitely helped with the initial fear. Lol

      @@NWanglerzCHOICE Welcome here 😃✌🏻Thank you for sharing your story about getting started on two wheels. We all have to start somewhere and whatever feels safe and comfortable at first. I can totally relate to you. Never thought I would start riding a motorcycle myself till last year and got hooked. Honda Rebel 500 is a great choice for a first bike. It has plenty of power that is easy to control and room to grow. The slip assist clutch is feather like and easy to pull without much effort. I was practicing a lot with the clutch and shifting through gears before I was road ready. Stalled my bike many times before I finally got better at it. I watched lots of videos and went through trial and error. I will be making a video about the controls of Honda Rebel 500 and how to start riding with no experience because I know exactly what I had to struggle with when I first started riding a real motorcycle. Stay tuned for more helpful videos. Thank you again for your story and great to have you here on my channel.

    Is it hard on your ears?

    • @DenRock_13
      @DenRock_13 2 месяца назад

      @@HAMILTONPROVIDEO Thank you for your question. Even though it is a bit louder exhaust compared to the stock one, it sounds nice and it has high good sounding tones at higher RPM and a good low end grunt, but I would not say that it is hard on my ears. It is like a music to my ears. I actually enjoy it a lot! It is fairly easy to install too. Still looks like brand new after having it for a year. What year is your Rebel? Are you thinking about replacing your stock exhaust? Let me know if there any other questions. I will be happy to answer them.

      @@DenRock_13 Just now going through msf course in florida. Finished and passed the e course today and will do another 2 days of actual riding that finishes the course at the end of the month. If I pass that I can ride and will be looking for a honda rebel 500. Im really interested in anything used or new from 2017 -24. And yes I will replace the exhaust.

      @@HAMILTONPROVIDEO I wish you all the best in your msf course and passing the test. Getting onto the bike and riding is the best thing ever. Honda Rebels in general are great reliable bikes, 500 is the way to go. Do not rush yourself, take your time to learn as much as possible before going on the road. I’m thinking about making a series of videos about how to approach a motorcycle like Honda Rebel as a new rider and how to build confidence up to be road ready. Stay tuned. More videos with helpful tips are coming. What motorcycle does MSF course provide? Is it Honda Grom?

      @@carltonholderjr Congrats on a new Honda Rebel 500 CMX ✌🏻and thank you for sharing your story. It is a great bike to ride both city/ highway. I took my bike to the dealer for my first oil change around 600 mile during break in period because of the warranty. This time will do it myself. Stay tuned. Love the power of this bike, so glad didn’t go with 300. Enjoy your new bike and be safe out there!
