New Fav song!
I refer to Captain Turner as the Unsinkable Bowler Bill.
In the photo at 5:07, which is Moore and which is Bagot?
we miss you olimpic
"Awaken by a violent impact?" Could practice your diction and pronunciation a bit. " Cheshire " / Che is pronounced as in Cheddar cheese. Who's the awful woman at the end of this narration?
Thank you from Moscow.
My Irish grandparents came over on this ship; one in 1906 and the other in 1913.
Right on, sister, right on!!
🫡
Old reliable we nicknamed her
Commander Lightoller saw a lot more than he admitted at the end. For whatever reason, at least he learned not to continue on course with a damaged bow before getting good damage reports.
The Unsinkable Bowler Bill
She sounds a lot like Angela Lansbury ❤
I need a different take on these Brightside videos from someone other than Sam from Historic Travels. Thank you!
The ship should be raised if it's technically possible to do it, the money generated from the interest in Titanic would be astronomical when compared with the costs of Recovery the red tape should be ignored this is nonsense where there's a will there's always a way
Another great video Thank you Very informative
Nice.

For those not familiar with the area, the Harvey didn't actually have to respond. She was and is based at the South Street Seaport. Which is only a few blocks from the Trade Center. It was where much of the crowd was running. The Harvey was a mixed use Museum/Charter/Tour boat. She was mostly a museum, but would do scheduled cruises and could be chartered for events. Her volunteer crew was I believe on board getting ready for a cruise later that day when the towers were hit. For an idea of how vital she was that day. When they coaxed her pumps back to life that morning they increased the water available for fighting fires in lower Manhattan by 50%.
Upper class women were beginning to smoke cigarettes by 1912 and there is some evidence that women were present in the smoking room. Mrs. Rene Harris recalled adjourning there with her husband after being in the lounge.. We know Mrs. Harris had a gold cigarette case in her luggage on that trip.
Watching this makes me hungry about food
Me too.

*automatically goes to the kitchen* ah heck here we go again

I think there is one remnant of the arrol gantry. If you look to the left behind one of the poles at 9:00, you can see in the water of what appears to be a small scaffold. This is probably a remnant of the gantry that was left after the structure was demolished.
The cost of a ticket to visit the restaurant equals that of a first class suite??
Yeah, I don't think so.
This video is amazing! I finally understand in detail what happened in this shipwreck.
Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. It was great to learn more about the Lusitania's lifeboats' role in the disaster.
A few inaccuracies but otherwise interesting video. I do a full day experience of 'Dining on the Titanic' every 14th April.

Oops sorry lol
@@historyinsideanutshell its alright
I didn’t like the way they portrayed Ismay in the film
After that, we're always talking about the railing at the very front of the ship, but there are plenty of other railings that have fallen on the front of the ship, but it's still shocking and sad. 😢
Hello Sez 🫡 Great video!! Thanks for your contribution and keeping the Titanic community informed with updates. Did you see (Sam) Historic Travels did a short video ? It affects all of us Titanic enthusiasts. I'm so glad you made this video. Thank you, thank you! Until next time!! 🚢⚓️🫡
