Ok, so an Uber boat isn’t an Uber boat. What it is is a river bus service so the fares, timetable and piers are by Transport for London (TfL) who run all London’s public transport including the buses on the road, London Underground trains, London Overground trains, Docklands Light Rail (DLR), London’s trams etc. The franchise for the TfL river bus is run by Thames Clippers who have recently arranged sponsorship with Uber, but you can’t call up an Uber boat, just like you can’t call up a bus on the road.
