hi, it seems the contacts in the headphone jack 2.5mm left ear are not touching the cables im inserting, sound only plays from the right ear but with holding it one direction plays from both ears. I have the headphones open but still cant figure out how to safely get inside the aux port housing to bend the contacts closer together. any help would be much appreciated!

So i have a voopoo (dont know the model) the battery goes in the front not the bottom. I have removed the screws from the bottom and the ring from the top but there are no screws holding the plastic battery and pin part to the aluminum housing - Do i have to get the metal ring that rotates out too - because that sucker well and truly in there Any help would be appreciated

Which part controls the aux cable? I can only hear through the right ear when I plug headphones in and I'm trying to figure out what part needs fixing

The same issue with a Flip 6. The trick with holding all the buttons works partially. Instead of totally being dead, now the power button is blinking, but cannot pair. My device says the Flip 6 isn’t turned on… But most of all… now I can’t turn off the JBL! The thing keeps blinking.

How to open?

Must be a manufactured defect. I have the same issue with mine.

I searching for replacement drivers, with the same quality, mine probably got damaged.
