Not everyone gets carjacking feature. We sell IGLA in packages and not everyone gets the full works. 😂😂 Many of our videos. Shows the benefits of IGLA. Every option is explained in detail as far as operations and what we do to each car. No need to advertise each additional feature. As most customers when they come in. Know already what they want. Yes carjacking feature is great a great addition to IGLA that can usually be added at additional cost depending on installer👍👍.

In theory yes. We can enable the sensors on the Xmax one as a standalone unit. That will provide what you just mentioned. There are a few issues that arise. 1 the fact that when Xmax1 is installed it will limit the glass sensor sensitivity given the fact that is hidden and wouldn’t pick up that as well. The other sensor may work better and would be able to be adjusted via the APP. 2 the fact that is being installed as a stand alone unit you will need to activate it each time. By opening the dronemobile App and locking via app. It will not lock. Will only activate drone mobile xmax1 sensors. Same way you will need to deactivate every-time in the app by hitting unlock. If you forget you will be driving and will get alarm 🚨messages when driving. There is a reason when we installed in combination with a Compustar system. Dronemobile Xmax1 will Automatically communicate with the Compustar system and turn on an off accordingly. Also when installing a Compustar system we use an External Sensors so more accurate as is a better location. I however do understand what you mean. Not wanting to carry a separate remote. While we can install a Compustar Alarm system can be used with your Factory key so you will not need to carry a separate remote it would not be as secure. As if key gets relay attacked. It will disable both systems by just unlocking via factory key. So if we install xmax1 by itself think of it as a silent alarm per say. Need to remember to turn on each time in the app. It will not happen automatically. Having alarm system control by itself give you that extra security. But can also install one that uses your factory key snd and multiple sensors. 👍👍 I hope I explained correctly and to be confusing. Check out one of my videos. I believe is we did a Ram 3500 that way. Ok. So what you are saying is the factory remote can be used to control the Compustar alarm but it no longer is an independent secondary system, correct? They said, sounds like the IGLA is really the most important because that’s what’s preventing the car from moving. I suppose the advantage of an independent alarm is that even if they relay attack and try to open the door the secondary alarm will sound. That may scare them off. I suppose if they are brazen enough they can find the Compustar and disable. Not sure how fast they can do that. But after that they need to deal with the IGLA.

Also, if a Compustar is installed as an independent system, the factory remote really just becomes almost useless right? I mean you still need it as an immobilizer I guess so something that still needs to be carried around.

@@nicknishizaka2011 just as you described!! I never let factory key control the Compustar system, possible to do but if key gets relay attack will make the aftermarket alarm useless as they can simply turn off I will post a video on a Dodge Charger I just did , will explain a bit more in detail

@@IGLAPINCODENY I assume even just the IGLA is 100 times better than factory alarm + faraday pouch/box because short of towing the vehicle, they won't be able to move it. However, I suppose the big missing piece with that setup is that I won't be notified that something is going on with the vehicle. I think I am definitely going to get the IGLA and will go to you when the time comes. I am still entertaining the option of using something like the Airtag as a very basic tracker. Since it's battery powered, it'd not intrusive at all. Of course it's not even a GPS device so it's rather limited but it's probably better than nothing. My additional concern with wiring up additional stuff is how it may drain the battery and getting false alarms. Maybe that's not a valid concern...but I don't want to end up having to feal with false alarms and annoying my neighbors! :)

Factory Remote Start will still remain functional if you only install IGLA.

No just factory key and 1 T13 remote. The extra is an additional back up. Customer got an extra 1 👍

Install of a Compustar system is great. Unfortunately will not prevent anyone from programming keys or delete them. Or prevent relay attack. That is where IGLA shines. With anti-key programming blocking technology. The Compustar sure complements it very well.

Actually only 1. IGLA is the main Device that prevents anyone from starting car. Unless personal pincode is entered. Also its main purpose is to prevent anyone from programming keys. As that is the most common way this cars get stolen. The Compustar T13 is just another layer of protection. Can’t have too much security in this type of cars. IMO 👍👍

Actually it is 2 kill switches. Compustar has starter kill plus if you have the IGLA it's your back up 2nd kill switch.
