I'm happy that Jollywood is returning! I didn't go the first two evenings (I know better than to do that for new events, LOL). I can honestly say that I enjoyed the night. I am happy they are extending the extra hour, in fact I would even pay more for more time. My only complaints from last year - was the Nightmare show did not have Sally, dining at the Brown Derby "ate" up too much time (the extra hour now will make it better), and the nightclub scene around the Tower was way to congested - but fun. Very Merry is always a blast - especially the ride overlays. They need to bring back the ice on the Castle! One of these days I will have to make it out to CA for their holiday festivities, I've been there but not during the holidays. Have an AWESOME time in DW!!! Hopefully you will share your thoughts on TBA, I'm interested in your thoughts and will share mine after I know you have ridden the ride. ENJOY and have FUN! Be well.

Looking forward to the change at TT - I heard it will be very reminiscent of the original. Definitely one of my favorite rides. I'll miss the shooting arcade, and to be honest, even though a DVC member, I can do without these lounges, especially when they take away attractions. I do not go to the parks to lounge! They need to do something with Tiana. I don't know if it was a rush job, poor planning , or poor construction - but it has been CONSTANTLY breaking down. It was re-theme, not a new ride. I get this is what previews are designed for, but it should not be breaking down the way it is, and people sitting on it for over a 1/2 hour waiting to be evaced? That's insane. I would not open that ride on the 28th. Thanks for the update - be well.

Yay! Glad to hear Country Bears is back!! Honestly, Jollywood was great - after the initial night. After the first night, much easier to get the bands, and overall it was a good night. I will say the band and the bar by the Tower of Terror - while understanding why they were placed there (related to the timeline) really should have been thought-out a bit better. Hopefully, they have better plans. The Nightmare show was fantastic - again, they should have had Sally. Overall, I enjoyed Jollywood. I miss the Little Mermaid show, so I am happy to hear they are working on this as well. Hopefully it will be done soon. Always good to try new treats! No longer WALLCOT! Looking forward to the new Bear show! The rooms at Poly Tower do look beautiful; with that being said, they are not my thing - they look way to beige, and way too boring for my tastes. Avoid any videos about the ride - smart. Looking forward to Moana 2 - I enjoyed the first one, so hopefully the 2nd will be just as good. Thanks for the update - be well.

Nice to see Fantasmic has come back to Disneyland. It's funny you said it looked like there were budget cuts - because I thought the same, but I thought maybe it was the way it was filmed. Love they paid tribute to the service men in the queue, I'm looking forward to spending some time looking at everything in the queue line. While I haven't yet seen the preview in the park, from the preview I saw at the movies, I'm not too sure how appropriate that movie will be for young audiences. The first one was fantastic, but I will have to see it first before I let the little ones watch. As always, thanks for the update - be well.

It is fantastic that they are adding a nighttime show to Springs. I really look forward to seeing it and I am sure it will be fantastic. I hope that this is the beginning of more drone shows at the parks - it would be perfect at AK as they wouldn't spook the animals. AK definitely needs a show to encourage people to stay longer. Looking forward to the new Bear show. I'm hoping it is a good change and they don't ruin the "down home" feeling of the original. Not really sure how I feel about Venu - seems like a stretch to be adding another streaming service - I honestly don't see it taking off. This re theme of Splash Mountain to Tiana's Bayou Adventure is not only problematic to Splash Mountain in both parks in the United States but a recipe for disaster waiting to happen. Not only Disney broke a lot of rules and waist a lot of time and money during designing and building the new attraction in both parks but they made a lot of Disney fans unhappy. Not only this is sad but this is also really bad. A lot of angry people are going to get Disney to sign a contract to not allow anymore classic attractions getting re themes in the Disney Parks after Walt Disney's work. Just because how this attraction and or even Mission Breakout is not as good as Tower of Terror or just the failures of this re themed classic attraction alone. Ether way Tiana's Bayou Adventure is going to be one of the worst re themed attractions in Disney theme park history because everyone else is not going to be happy with this re theme of Splash Mountain. Everyone is not interested in this because they don't want it and Tiana is a great Disney Princess but this is not the kind of attraction she should be taking part in. For Disneyland fans this is not going to share the same success as the Tower of Terror re theme. The reason why Mission Breakout worked so well because the Marvel stuff that Disney is doing in their parks right now is very popular and Tiana's Bayou Adventure was definitely a step back. Which is why everyone is saying no to the Splash Mountain re theme because everyone one is protesting and fighting against the re theme and Disney is not paying attention to the public. Everyone has tried to save Splash Mountain for getting re themed by making petitions and RUclips videos to get the Disney Company attention to the public and everyone hoped that the re theme would get canceled and all would be well but it didn't happened with in a few months or a few years and we knew it was really bad. In all honesty this re theme to a classic attraction is just so bad it’s unbearable. Disney is being very stupid to where they get rid of their most well know ride that attracts tourists by billions every year and getting rid of it because of a misunderstanding situation. It's about time to get revenge on Bob Iger and Carmen Smith. After the re theme of Splash Mountain in 2024 we need to remove Bob Iger the CEO of the Walt Disney Company from office and hire a new CEO to make Disney great again along with getting Carmen Smith Creative Development at Disney Parks Experiences and Products fired from Walt Disney Imagineering for erasing history on Splash Mountain and hire someone else to take over her spot and change things back the way they were. The only way to bring the Song of the South characters and songs back on Splash Mountain in Disneyland in California and Walt Disney World in Florida is to boycott Tiana's Bayou Adventure, go on the new Marvel attractions including Mission Breakout in Disney’s California Adventure and give Bob Iger and Carmen Smith a run for their money. The reason why I’m saying this because the Marvel stuff that Disney is doing in their parks right now is not only popular but by far having the best Marvel themed attractions, lands and other things that Disney is doing. Ever since Tower of Terror in Disney’s California Adventure is re themed to Mission Breakout it was not only the first Marvel attraction ever built and it’s not only a success but it’s the best re themed attraction. Not only that Disney owns Marvel which is why we have theses Marvel movies and TV shows on Disney Plus and Disney is thinking of every attraction and land they can think of for their parks based theses Marvel movies and TV shows. Plus once Disney re themed Tower of Terror to Mission Breakout in Disney's California Adventures at Disneyland in California they cannot re theme the original Tower of Terror to Mission Breakout in Disney's Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World in Florida. So that is going to be the only biggest downfall for Tiana's Bayou Adventure because the Disneyland Splash Mountain was not only the first Splash Mountain built in 1989 but it's the oldest Splash Mountain in the Disney Parks and with the Walt Disney World Tower of Terror when it was built in 1994 same thing. Not only that but another downfall of Tania's Bayou Adventure is both human and concept art failures brought Splash Mountain down. I hope we will get some better people to work for Disney. Because right now since 2020 around the same year COVID-19 happened both Bob Iger and Carmen Smith have been doing some weird and not very good things theses past couple of years. They not only lay-off Disney employees and Cast Members in the Walt Disney Company and the Disney Parks but they also made men dressed up like Disney Princesses and other bad things that's hurting the Walt Disney Company. They also made the park guest unhappy about the reservations to the Disneyland parks and rides.

Worst vlog ever

As a DVC, D23, and AP holder, I do not care for the way they are handling previews either. I actually took a wild guess and booked MK for a few days during the week of previews - which admittedly is NOT fair, and I am sure I am not the only person to do so. While I am looking forward to riding, this is a one and done for me because I don't really care for the re-theme nor do I enjoy water rides . Assuming I go, I will ride this and leave the park so I can get cleaned up. I don't know how people can ride these rides and then walk around the park all day - I simply cannot 🤣 I can't say I'm thrilled with the tower for Poly, I would have rather they created a new hotel somewhere else. Its way too big, and encroaches on the GF. Any clue as to what those two big 'window' boxes are? It looks like a seating area, but not sure. Thanks for the updates as always. Be well.

So excited for Halloween this year I can’t believe 2024 !?

I've been waiting for them to release tickets-I've got mine already! I love their Halloween celebration. Last year, I was Stanley Yelnats, and my costume was a big hit with patrons and cast members (I actually "stole" the idea from someone.) 🤣 I do wish they would bring back the Villian's Night they had in Hollywood Studios, I think, in 2019. Cannot wait to sail on the Treasure. We are booked for their 3rd voyage. Any thoughts on The Alcolyte trailers? Be well.

I don't mind the shortening of Food & Wine, I love the festiva; but I do feel it was a bit long. I would have rather it started in July, and ended earlier. I'm wondering if the reason behind shortening the festival is overkill? Not that I dislike present day Hollywood Studios, but I do miss the original MGM studios - especially the backlot tour, the Osborne lights at Christmas, and when they had the animatos working. Fun times, and I am glad I got to experience these attractions. Mixed feelings about Mufasa. Do we really need another Lion King movie? Are there really no other stories that Disney cannot tell? On some of the boards I follow, it would appear that DVC and AP preview happens during the last two weeks in June, although nothing official has been announced. I agree that the week of July 4th looks like a good bet for it to open officially. I love the idea of sniffy elephants! It's always fun for the kids (and yes, Disney adults) to do these scavenger hunts. I still have all the handouts from various scavenger hunts around the parks. Looking forward to doing this one. I would imagine it is only a matter of time before DW converts to electric cars as well. It is not change that I dislike really - I just think it is time. I didn’t realize til reading the comments here that the ride is set after the movie and will have no facilier. But that’s okay! That might’ve been a little too dark for the kiddos. I just wish they’d announce the AP preview dates and opening date already. I like the changes to the DAS pass honestly. It’ll weed out the people that don’t actually need it that have been abusing it for years.

The more they show about Tianas's ride, the more I am looking forward to riding, and visiting the shops. The changes to DAS really should not affect the people that really - TRULY - need them. I was reading today that there is a group that is bringing a lawsuit now. Honestly, I think Disney should go the way Universal has and utilize a third-party vendor to deal with the passes. I suspect they will eventually do this if their changes become problematic. The biggest problem I see is when overseas guest visit the parks and may not have the proper documentation. Hopefully, their travel agents overseas get very familiar with the process. Any word or ideas on what they are doing to the NBA Experience at Downtown Disney? I know they started working on it - hopefully City Works remains, it is a great place. Thanks for the updates - be well.

GREAT animontronics! I sincerely hope these are the ones they will be installing at the Country Bears Jamboree. Looking forward to the new Test Track - I like the look of it as its sort of a throw back to previous versions. Hopefully they keep the 'building you own car' part as I always enjoy working on it whenever I go. I was reading somewhere that they are working on an update to the ride system at Soaring to make it more realistic. Enjoyed the Moana movie, so I am looking forward to part two. Love Toy Story - and I am glad the Manalorian is going to the big screen The last season was so-so, but I enjoy the series overall. Thanks for the updates - be well.

Not gonna lie at first I wasnt to sure about the princess and the frog overlay but now I'm getting a better understanding on what this ride is gonna be like I,m here for it. Splash mountain 2.0.

Very cool to see the new characters being added. I hope they bring the SW activities and such to Disney World - the new scavenger hunt sounds cool. I did the tour - it wasn't bad, and I wouldn't say it was a "hard sell" if you know what I mean - no constant buy in talk, etc. I did it mainly because I was curious, but I went in knowing I wasn't buying anything and I'm pretty sure the guy giving the tour knew I wasn't that interested since he knew I was local. Still, it was an interesting tour, but their monthly and yearly fees are not worth it (IMHO). Hindsight is 20/20 - and I will admit I should have bought in when DVC first started. Oh well - missed the boat on that one! Nice looking buses - I'm not sure if my info is correct - but I heard these buses are either electric or use biofuel and do not rely on gasoline - which is excellent if that info is correct. I always felt Josh D. would get the nod - but I think Dana is stepping up. I have not heard of Jimmy, but I would think he is a long shot. Definitely between Josh and Dana. That must have been something seeing Patrick at Soaring! Would love to meet him in Florida! I haven't seen the new costumes in person yet, but hopefully the cast members find them comfortable. My guess is the encanto show will replace finding nemo at animal kingdom. The finding nemo attraction there has always seemed out of place and with the exception of a few changes in signage and the indoor area it could be converted into an encanto show with minimal hassle. As for avatar at disneyland, I have a scary thought. Soarin is getting pretty old and I would not be surprised if they converted it to flights of passage style attraction.

I can't imagine they have the room for a whole land at DL. I suspect it will be an 'area' as opposed to an entire land unless they are tearing something down or can purchase some land. We shall see. I loved the flower and garden festival, and the projections were fantastic! It would be awesome if they added more next year as opposed to just highlighting the topiaries. I look forward to the Encanto show! The dining reservations have become SO MUCH EASIER!! That was a great improvement to the app. Thoughts on the proxy fight going on? I honestly don’t know why they’re giving them complimentary admission for the water parks. They’re either gonna lose money cause those are always packed as it is, or they’re going to have much higher room rates.

I have no argument with this perk, and I hope (wish) they keep both water parks open at the same time (I remember when they did). You are correct though - you aren't getting anything for free, so the cost will definitely be added somewhere. I was reading somewhere their prices for admission is going up anyway in January of 2025. Havin seen both shows this past week, I honestly say I appreciate both - although I do wish the CA version was a bit clearer, but that's just a sign of when it was made (it did look like it was upgraded somehow though). While I am enjoying the Arts festival, I am looking forward to Flower and Garden and the treats - they were amazing last year, so I expect them to be just as good. I was at he MK late at night, and I saw the basin was filled with water - but I did not see the logs or ay movement - maybe next time, lol. Looking forward to X-Men '97 - I 'm hoping it is a hit, the trailer looked good. Very happy for you at reaching 1K - hard work and dedication does pay off - now to get monetized! It WILL happen. The animatronic looks great! I hope there are others - I suspect there will be. I hope that some of the 60 billion come to the US parks - because DW definitely needs some TLC - especially with Epic Universal opening next year. Good to hear Typhon Lagoon re-opening. It's about time 1900 rer-opened - one of my favorite restaurants. I am really surprised Disney didn't dump ESPN by this point - I don't see this working out at all, and I don't see the investment in Epic panning out to well either. Seems like Disney is grasping at straws - but I guess time will tell. Curious - I have a question for you. Have you considered doing Universal updates? I'm thinking it might be a good way to expand the reach of your channel (mind you I am no expert on this stuff - just a thought). Great concise update as usual. Be well.
