I can't check the processed jars until tomorrow. If they all didn't Jel, can I open them all & put them back in the pot and add more Pectin, bring back to boil and re process them?

I went on a type of minimalist journey when covid happened. My husband didn't work, kids were home and I was working from home. I couldn't stand looking at the clutter! Then 2021 we found Jesus. Once I read the Bible, i realized we don't need it! My husband was against going through his stuff, but he came around and went through his stuff in 2022🙂 still not done but I donated and trashed over half our belongings!

Do you have a recipe? If so, what is your elevation? I'm at sea level and I have trouble with my nice looking bread but it deflating in the oven. Melt your butter, and brush it on with a small pastery brush.

I used essential oils in my rinse cycle, or scent oils you would use making soap. Yes, I do make soap. You don't need much. Maybe 20-30 drops EO or 1/8 c. Of the scents. I don't have a dishwasher (besides me) but I use 2 of the pod thingys once a month in hot water on a full tub. It does an amazing job cleaning not only the tub but the spout where you would put fabric softener. Bets are off on a HE machine. I have the old fashioned washer.

What makes this candy? It seems more of a relish. I make pepper jelly. Besides the peppers, and I prefer Serano peppers, I do add white sugar and green, yellow and red bell peppers, then water bath can. We are able to get tri color peppers every where here in California and Hatch Chili's from New Mexico in the fall. The spice level is tolerable for me by not over during the peppers.

Is this recipe allowed for an HE washer? What temp of water? Im worried the soap would not dissolve in cold water and don’t want to ruin my HE washing machine
