I cut the amount of dough for each cookie in half and used half a s’mores marshmallow and they still came out nearly as large as the video shows. I can’t imagine how big they’d be with the original measurements. Maybe I screwed up somewhere. They do taste amazing though.

When I was young the local hospital here had a volunteer position called “candystripers”. We wore a peppermint striped apron and gave volunteer help in stationed positions. Mine was rolling people up and down from X-ray
