Good tutorial. I just paint my g26 slide black with a 2k clear coat. It’s drying now. I’m nervous about pulling the paper off. Any recommendations? Is this a grip it and rip it deal or should I pull slowly? I’m probably putting too much thought into this. Lmfao

Bout to Army Green my M&P slide and khaki the lower/tape it off so it's black as well. The gold turned out better than I was imagining it would.

A few tips. You can put a chop stick or something similar into the box and then tape it for added support so you can stick the slide onto it and not have to worry about lifting it up to paint the under side of the edge. Also do not get your face that close to paints, especially metallic. You're inhaling bits of metal and that will fuck you up.

Well thanks, after seeing the results of painting your slide I decided not to paint mine. I’m probably better off using a gun skin wrap or something. Don’t want the paint coming off or chipping.
