As a track runner I'd say the skips performed in the video is demonstrated with poor form. Your head should not look down but rather be lifted. Your feet should land below the center of mass to allow more force to be exerted into the ground. The arms should also be more active during the movement.
Jon...great creative stuff ! My athletes really had fun figuring out how to be smooth, faster, and smarter with these...AND EVENTUALLY...how to cheat, hahaha. We had fun getting better coordinated. Thanks a bunch. Keep it up !
