An educational and a training channel, for aircraft pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers and mechanics. Here you can find simple and animated videos for aircraft systems. The channel provide solutions which will able to help display complex data in an easy to understand way. The training days of old have come to an end, people printing out large training manuals with hundreds of pages in them and taking away a big book when they finish training doesn't work anymore, so i am introducing this channel for easiness and simplicity to my fellow pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers and aircraft mechanics, From old training school to state of the art animation presentations. All sessions in my channel are for training purposes only, it shall not supersede the official documents from the manufacturer like the AMM, FCOM and MEL, PLEASE don't use it as the main guide for flying and aircraft maintenance ,

Given the time the stall was allowed to continue at TOGA I imagine this turned into a fail. Or fire. Or maybe an uncontained fail. Those are good in turbofans

Just had a rejected take off from this on AA210 March 16. My Dad asked the Pilot and he said "reverse thrusters stuck in the unlocked position and won't go back and forth"
What is the reason for the CFM engines to use N1 as the primary performance parameter, while IAE are using EPR?
Why N1 replace Egt as primary parameter

Thanks a lot. Completely to the point.❤ Just wanted to add something about the difference of surge in Axial and centrifugal compressors: As you correctly mentioned, surge in Axial flow compressors is the result of stall in most stages (stall results in lower pressure ratio and flow returns to the compressor), but in centrifugal compressors, surge is usually caused by a sudden flow reduction due to the blockage or pressure increase infront of compressor discharge, where the compressor is unable to overcome the pressure and flow reversal happens.
