Am I only one thinking that on about 0:38 - 0:40 the recording has been punched in, since cymbal played suddenly changes to lower pitched one in between hits? This would conclude that it was not an one take recording. Maybe drummers do notice this?

To me he is the best overall drummer he got into megadeth and he got out only if you are the best that could happen and that’s not just a regular band he is the best

I heard Chris say once he doesn't play to a metronome live, but he obviously is in this video, it's not possible to play the exact tempo 100% all the way through a song so it matches up seamlessly to the original recording. And just so we're clear, I'm not judging him for doing it now, I do it too and Chris is a fucking spectacular drummer.

I think you need to work out your snare positioning or change your left hand technique, it looked like you were hitting you leg a lot, and I didn't hear much power from the snare during the skank beat sections.

Snare in 45 degrees angle, that is hardly ever seen! And toms very Close....And he is really using a lot of energy in every beat, including his feet, that is surely Heard in the Music!

Chris Adler is much more a static drummer. Truth. No doubt he has mad skill. John has more heart tho. By alot.
