uh... frankly, uh... in my opinion, no offense but. The result is 'just better' than original Flux result but nothing special in my sight. Most of reason people hesitate use flux is lizard-like skin texture as you know. I think long talk is useless. Just use 'stoiqoNewrealityFLUXSD_F1DAlpha.safetensors' first with nothing (no lora, only basic flow and see result. Then you'll realize Flux system does need a lot of effort to 'Follow basic SDXL' result.

Jocker- you mentioned "flux specific loras must be placed in their own folder, NOT in the models Lora folder." Why is that? Can you please explain? I'm unable to find the realism Lora (using rgthree power Lora loader) unless I put the realism Lora in the models > Loras folder.

It takes out the natural grit of things and makes them look plastic

Thanks 🙂 I'm getting crazy over here. It just crashes when loading the model. Maybe t5xxl_fp16 is too large? Then again using t6xxl_fp8_e4m3fn gives errors. Do I mess up the combination ? Do I need to upgrade my PC? RTX 3090 Ti really too weak? Maybe I need more ram? Does it not work with less than t5xxl_fp16? Help please.

Why don't you save the time and use ksampler advanced instead of creating each node separately? There is no point of such a workflow except making things seem complicated. WOW, That is really amazing man, is this applied to new generated images, or you can apply the same on existing images ( enhancing existing images )? I have seen once some amazing youtube video online applying such for image-2-Image ( but to be honest your skin details way better 😉) , using the known nodes like detail daemon and others , but managed to handle the eye problem ( not changing eye details ), and getting too realistic details, I hardly manage to get close to it, again amazing work 👍

Very good results! Actually I found a workflow too through a mistake that creates great skin and also small facial hair. Upscaling the image with 4xNomos8k_atd and than feeding it into the Latent KSampler Advanced for 40steps. I was blown away by that quality never seen on flux1-devQ8.
