That is a great analysis of the Saints,they definately are going to be a must watch team and if they can stay fit ,they"re very quick now and showed tremendous speed and stamia in the back half of '24 and now after 3 middle of the road seasons like Carlton did this year except will take a big leap into finals in the seasons to come. Its a great time to be a sainter in "25 and beyond.

Nailed it. Building a great young core with solid support from Senior group to keep them competitive. The true indicator is when you’re offloading players that other clubs are happy to take. Eg Paton Membrey Billing’s Gresham Coffield a few examples recently. Underrated beating Geel, Syd, Carl coming home.

So is this just a Richmond channel now or? Since the draft 3/4 of your videos have been Richmond based and in every other video you find every excuse to mention them.

Also, we have to calm down from all the hype from the draft and not expect too much from those new kids next season, particularly the key position players. I agree that they will be conservative with introducing the new kids to the team. They have only just been giving the crop of 22 a decent go this 24 season. They have a lot of players to work through on the list, and quite a few coming back from injury who have not played a lot of games or consistently. Much patience still required.

I think Jacob Blight gets a game. He has come back to training super-fit, won the 2K time trial, and shows great attitude, it will be hard to leave him out. The Tigers actually have backline depth, albeit a couple of them inexperienced but they are ready to go. And Young is still out injured. Gibcus is behind in his ACL recovery so he might have a delayed start.

Kosi doesn't play again. Miller is only in the team as a second ruck. He's too slow as a defender. I would rather Trainor.

Kozi is not a good forward he's been training in the back. But he's got to show a better effort next year

I agree only 2 players will make a debut in my mind. But Richmond may not play any players to make there debut in round 1 ? I think Armstrong could give Carlton trouble? If playing next to Lynch and Balta ? Smillie maybe the one ready to go out of the Mids ? Maybe even as Sub ? Lalor could do damage up forward ? But maybe too early to play round 1 ? They will not play more than 2 in matter what. I think if Richmond comes to play ? They could knock Carlton off or come close to ? My tip would be Carlton by 3 goals. The biggest thing is Carlton won’t be knowing the mix’s we will be throwing at them in the way we will play ? Carlton should be good a side to settle and win the game mostly likely?
