      @yenny8572 Remember to preheat the oven first. A lot of subscribers didn't preheat the oven, and the bread didn't rise as much.

      沙姜粉是指用沙姜晒干后磨制成的粉,一般(唐人)超市都買到的,價格並不貴,通常在蒜粉一,黃薑粉旁邊會見到。 💡: 我是用不銹綱碟,所以受熱快。如果你用的碟子厚,有需要煮多2至3分鐘,再静待3,4分鐘。(但一定要保持中火喔!)

      切曲奇刀是直徑2吋1/4. 而六連模是在國外買的。你只需要曲奇刀的大小,附合6連或十二連的鬆餅模便可。我剛剛出了新食譜是用十二連模的,都一樣可以的。ruclips.net/video/qxsnmQ6x7qs/видео.html

      Not really, I use either all purpose or bread flour. I prefer all purpose flour because I usually have this kind of flour at home. You can make foccacia with either all purpose or bread flour. The texture of foccacia only a slightly different.

      @@irisleunggg4408 用中筋麵粉嗎?要注意煮熱個麵糊要盡快加入其餘的粉攪拌均勻,還有一定要預熱個焗爐,焗爐一定要夠熱。如有需要再看著影片,一步步跟住做吧!希望你下一次焗到有多氣孔的成品。好多網友在FB回圖給我看她們成功的成品喔!你都一定會做到,加油!
