It is not written down… I use a hymnal, and the version is improvisation (I make it up as I go) every time I play it, it is different. Sorry I can’t help you..

I can’t figure out how to insert music.. but it is in the key of G. Melody starts on D, with a G chord, then D seven chord, G, then C chord, G, A major on the “for He keeps” part. Back to G, D seven, G . Hopefully that helps 😀
