Print for each of the numbers x = 2, . . . , 20, all numbers that divide x (all factors) excluding 1 and x. For example, for 18, it should print 2 3 6 9

Can someone please explain the results of the for loop at 5:42? What is the "-3rd" element of the vector Storage2? Why is the 4th element also a 9 in the results when the 4th element was never assigned?
