Sadly the worst thing that ever happened to Warhammer 40k is Games Workshop, the only reason its still alive is its community and there is no disscusion about it. From them trying to overprice everything making it to expensive to actually get into it, to there dirty and disgusting market practices and to be honest i think they would have made a hell of allot of more money if they actually just get there head straight and started to lesson to some of there fans. I think it would help to if they maybe not tried to shut down on free advertisements and content that there fans make for example Astartes where a massive point of me almost getting back into Warhammer 40k but then they started to target there own fan works to try to launch their own platform. Its such an asshole move to destroy what someone makes in there free time by themself just cause you want what they make, then the worst part is when they try to make there own shit by trying to buy up the artist's they some how makes it subpar and make it feel so dead for yet again OVERPRICED. And dont get me started on Total war, Warhammer 3 "main games" with enough dlcs that could easy bring you close to 1000 euros if not over and content on some of them that workshop have made and they outright stole, i even know a friend they stole his workshop content and when all he asked for was some credit they sued his ass until he barely had anything left, these are this pigs they rather almost kill someone (cause my friend got so depressed and worried since he had almost no money left to survive) when all they want is some credit for there work its disgusting and it have caused me to never ever again buy anything related to Warhammer or GW. Its also thanks to Total War games and other like that i really have started to think there should be rules on how you can publish games and how much content needs to be in a dlc for it to be abled to clasify as a dlc and be allowed to be sold, we have quality checks on food and other products why cant we have the same for games senses its becoming more and more of a rip of to buy(fuck it most of the times you dont even tech by the game you buy the "right" to play it..... its so retarded....) games now days.

If GW had produced anything remotely resembling the quality of Astartes ever since they bought Pederson, I'd probably be less pessimistic about the warhammer brand as a whole. Why would you sit on an asset like SYAMA PEDERSON and relegate him to producing marvel tier slop?
