Thanks for the feedback. I play in full screen which makes use of HDR. The color is super vibrant for me, but it gives a much different color palette for the viewer. I'll look into what can be done to help fix it

It's great for avoiding overcap and lining up blitzes for optimal windows. I would say it's one of the greatest skills you learn as a monk during ultimates with significant downtime

'Party Icons' in Dalamud. This feature is being added to the base game in 6.4 btw, but maybe not as customizable. I don't care to see player names during raids, it's too much visual clutter, but just getting the colored job icon is nice

Best part of the game for me Going down the brume tower is so good. The game FORCES you to rely on your brain, not on your gamer goop brain (dodge r1 dodge r1)….you come from ABOVE with always having an advantage over the enemies…spells, poison arrows etc. you can kill most enemies in the difficult rooms before they even see you. Don’t even get me started on the other two DLCs

No ring or modification to speed. It's just making sure to get into sprint + jumping at the right moment. Not frame perfect, but the timing is a bit tricky.

I do not play bns anymore, but the toi is relatively unchanged from when I played it several years ago. You need good gear, a good game plan to keep the AI locked down, and then understand how the AI reacts to your attacks and movement

It was made mainly as a speedrun setup tutorial as this exact jump is used in all bosses speedruns of Dark Souls II. Not really a tutorial for casual runs, as they would just go through the area normally and enjoy the DLC.

Challenge runs are a lot of fun. SL1, fewer bosses, speedruns, there's a lot of them

Bosses are the only good part, the entirety of Brume Tower is complete cancer, so any skips are welcome

Gear without the bs and it comes with softfs

Because it sucks and it's better to skip

You're welcome. Sort of made it for some others in the speedrunning community, as this is one of those points in the all bosses route that isn't really explained anywhere (that I could find) and is learned through trial and error. I know there's at least a slightly active playerbase for the casual content, but not sure if people are making videos on it anymore.

@@zyrelia11 not really from what ive seen but this is to be expected since there are just as many fans as there are haters of this particular entry in the series.

@@idkmyname2014 I was recently playing a full casual run through the base game and all dlcs, and was able to participate in co-op, invasions, PvP, etc everywhere. It got less populated after I went higher in soul memory, and only a fraction of what it used to be back at launch. Still enjoyable tho

At the time of this video, the best pve weapon was Raven 6 and the best pvp weapon was Galaxy 9 (or possibly 12). Ascendant weapon did not exist, and Galaxy was strictly defensive, so the only sensible option was Raven weapon. Now a days, you would absolutely use the pvp weapon. As soon as Ascendant 6 came out, everyone switched to pvp weapons in toi

This is really outdated content. Just use your best pve shields, but with a mix of pierce and crit infusions. Try to maximize crit and accuracy base stats on the shields.

Or do 5 set pve shields, and 3 set whatever latest dungeon drops a 3 set with status damage bonus

RavFrom Yetti you can, but the method is slightly different. Considering I use tiger build now, it more or less looks like this: C stun summoner, choke bomb, blue buff (causes summoner to tab escape), lightning rod the cat, RB f RB f RB f (maybe add a 3 or Z kd) and kill it, then turn to the summoner and try to get as much damage in as possible.

well not that easy, if you see the chat he died like 5 times before winning some fights.

John Dear this is an old video now, and almost every fight is completely different... But doing a 2 second stun into a 3 second daze is called overlap, and it's done to extend the duration of a stun by apply a longer daze on top of it. Normally, a daze can be escaped by backroll, tab escape, or by special escape skills... However if a stun is applied first and then the daze (with at least 1 second remaining on the stun), the daze can no longer be bankrolled and must be tab escape / special escaped instead

Re Lestat my parses on pve bosses aren't great. Much better sins for that (such as phantomtoast on NA)

He is playing at lightning. I have only dark gear. My burst demage on pve bosses 800k-1kk. I want to know your static dps whith your gear. Just kill Sacred longgui at training room and write me pls your static dps. When i kill Sacred longgui my static dps was 250k-270k. Sorry for my bad english. ty.

Shadow tiger (legacy badge) build i finish with 310-320k. Shadow dragon build I finish with 310k-320k. PhantomToast is geared and plays both. He does like 400k with shadow tiger build using colossus badge.

so colossus badge better than legacy for pve or not? What about tower OF infinity and 6x6?

Colossus is better than legacy for solo dps because you have 100% uptime on chokebomb/bracelet/badge. However, I prefer legacy because of the reduced CD blue buff which is useful for party/raids. Courage is the only option for ToI (if you use tiger build) as it gives highest burst. For 6v6, i prefer tribute badge for the extra s and healing on Q.

haven't made one yet. Probably towards the end of the season (as i switched to purple soul right now)
