DC Simulation Basics - Series And Parallel Resistors
In this video we are experimenting with basic series and parallel resistors and their behavior at DC. This is a great first video to watch if you're just getting started with CircuitLab, as it covers some of the basics of simulating and exploring circuits in CircuitLab.
We cover how CircuitLab's Live DC feature continuously simulates your circuit in the background. This feature allows you to see voltages, currents, and other useful information DC about your circuit in real time.

Surprising COVID-19 Strategy: Reduce Economic Damage and Deaths Simultaneously
Просмотров 1,2 тыс.4 года назад
There is no tradeoff between saving lives and saving the economy. I analyze the COVID-19 pandemic as a feedback control system from an engineering perspective, and show something surprising: the shape of the policy frontier is concave down, like an inverted parabola, so that in one region of the curve, it’s not a zero-sum game. It’s optimal to both save lives and save the economy at the same ti...

Waterproofing Bluetooth Headphones - TaoTronics BH22 Teardown & Conformal Coat
Where did this video address the 'why'?
Great!!!
Thank you for the vid!!!
Thank you for showing me how to replace my old model A1425 MacBook Pro's battery! It took me about two hours and I did not have any problems starting it back up.
Looks easy 😊
Why do you have to input the "behaviour" manually?! Should it not be included in the logic itself? It's quite tiring to input all rules by hand?
This tool is awesome. Having no formal electronic education, I've always been intimidated by simulators. I just completed this lesson along with the video, simple, no complex formulas and direct. There's a LOT of devices listed on the BUILD panel, so I can only assume this can help me develop circuits for a long time. Congrats CircuitLab! You've made another fan.
Hello, why circuit lab is not working on my android tablet (galaxy tab S9+) ? Thanks!
Would be better to calculate values. Q1 has a beta, Ic = beta * Ib, then calculate Base resistor.
Beautiful tutorial. Have only done removal so far. All the tips, timing and flow, really good man 🤌🏻
j
Best circuit simulator, simple, straight to the point, thanks for this
Love your tutorials and the sim, but wondered why the sim requires a ground for DC circuits.
Great video! Used it to replace my battery that was much needed after a decade!
im sorry for repost this video in my channel for my homework🙏
This was really accessible and intuitive. Nice job!
Thanks.
I think the speaker needs a pop filter. 😉
Thanks man! This video really saved me!
pls make circuit lab micro have unlimited component count
Excellent software simulator.
is this program free to use ? i have to simulate a LPF i have all the information but i am new to this and will need some help if thats possible please
:0
You gents are amazing
No ohm meter?
please don't use mechanical keyboards when recording videos
God bless the RUclips algorithim for putting this on my homepage!
Took off the battery cover and it’s all corroded . Is there any way to fix ?
Thank you very much for doing this video; was able to follow it very easily.
very helpful
Felt that you need to slightly slow down your presentation.
And 320+ people didn't
you are pretty fast at doing all the steps and in talking. That is not the way a good teacher would explain it
Thankfully this is a video that you can rewind and rewatch. For me, the speed was good.
RUclips does allow playback speed to be changed. Gear icon.
SUPER INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU AWESOME CIRCUIT SIMULATOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mike huge thumbs up and a sub from me!!!
I want to enter a j6 value for example to my capacitor, cause I'm working of frequency domain. how do I do that?
That was very helpful. I've successfully replaced the batteries in my MacBook Pro. Thank you!
An impressive movie... I have only one remark: The voltage across Re does not follow the input voltage simply because the base-emitter voltage is nearly constant and transfers the input voltage to the emitter. This would be the case if the collector of the transistor was left unconnected. The voltage across Re is not created by the input voltage by passing the input current through Re but by the transistor that changes its collector current through Re to set the voltage across it (almost) equal to the input voltage. This is actually the principle of negative feedback.
Why is ground required? If this was an actual circuit with a real battery, resistor and LED there wouldn't be a ground. Thanks. :-)
it makes probing easier. without ground, all of your voltage levels are floating.
my macbook pro A1425 often starts with black screen. it only opens well on some occasion but most often not. what could be the problem.
Why don't I add those two resistors to calculate current? Do I treat that Rf resistor as invisible for a moment?
Great video friend. I didn’t realize that the 2012 on up retinas were much more tedious than my old 2011. Great job!
very educative. Thank you regards
Would this circut limit any load bearing circuit, rather than a LED, regardless of what total resistance the load circuit has? Meaning, i have a small circuit of chips, and I want to limit total current to 18ma, can I just take the LED out and replace with my small circuit?
On this scheme when I take a=0, b=1, sel = 0 I will get 1 on the output, but it is wrong, it shoul be 0. Please check
it should be 1 only
Thank you for the detailed video, It helps a lot. I recommend everyone who needs to replace their battery watch this first and watch it when you are doing so!
I subscribed your channel for your good videos. So keep it up.
Excellent video, thank you. Plastic push-bike tyre (tire) levers are great for prising the batteries out instead of dental floss.
Why can't I wire two voltage sources in parallel? I can do it in series, but not Parallel.
I put out1 as "out 1" which meant V(out 1) was N/A. So that's interesting. If you n/a with DC solver that's probably the issue
Rotate is 'R' for those wondering
Thank you so much for the explanation through it all!
