To have a cat laying beside you and make that nois, and just Looking at it, is healing. I have had a cat for 15 years, she died recently. But she sometimes knew I needed to cuddel and she came, she understod much more than I ever thought a cat could. Enjoy your new friend and let it help you to remove stress, . To have a cat laying there, and nothing more, helps with several things. You are lucky! ❤😊 I would like more Christmas card for men, and using tracing paper, you did one with sircels. I have vellum with pattern on, and I would also like to see you use them. I also have overhead paper, and wonder if you could give tips on how to use them

I love the ribbon bow idea! With a different paper, it could also be a nice birthday card.

I don't use inks much and to be honest the Distress is expensive. I use the teardrops ink pads.

Prefer the finished card than the abandoned elements Marta. Dry run is the way ahead for me!

The card looked great but I don’t know why you’d put in a bit of cardboard to prop it up with as you can see it from the sides and that’s not so nice .

The card looks lovely now! I'm glad that I'm not the only one to make the mistake of over-embellishing a card! I had never used stickles before and it didn't look very sparkly going on, so I really overdid it! It looked like it had been painted in crystals. I could not think of a way to save the card, either. Oh well, live and learn!

I was watching the video and loved the card then you started adding and I was saying no Marta, stop 🤣🤣🤣but like a true champion you saved it. I get to the point sometimes when I start a card and find its not turning out the way I envisioned so I walk away or work on something else and I usually am able to sort it out. :) I have given myself a challenge that I am not purchasing anything except essentials such as glue etc, until I have used up my supplies. 😉

Love the card Marta , good save ,I’m now where as good as you , I think my save would have been to turn the whole thing upside down and embossed a new merry Christmas strip and stuck it over the top of the other one . BUT saying that we’re all clever after the event . As I said though I LOVE your finished card . X
