I only stopped to comment about the wardrobe choice and eerie young-John Cusack-as-aspiring-made-man vibe. I have two of these: PD 1701 & 1701A. This model probably features the best bracelet PD has offered thus far - certainly better than the three other PDs I own.

Who in a sane state of mind would buy a Chinese sub-$100 piece of sh... watch with stainless steel case, sapphire crystal and solid bracelet, when he can get an *original* Swiss made quality watch with a bioceramic case, lightweight polyacrylate crystal and a branded flexible bracelet for only three times the money? Everybody who sees me wearing the Moonswatch will immediately recognize me as a person of wealth and style, wheras they would just see this fake Chinese thing and think it's just a $6000 Speedmaster.

it is absolutely price worthy, really a lot of whining about the bracelet, it just does what it's supposed to do. I haven't worn my Tudor bracelet for months because it is either too tight or too loose, despite all the micro adjustments so..

At half the price it's the best thing to buy.. a diver that I would wear every day

I own the same watch and I have no problems at all with the crown. Fingernails are helpful of course…. The original strap is ok but I don‘t like the butterfly clasp - so I switched it to a grey leather strap with white stiching. Otherwise great watch, would buy it again.

Its design is cheaper, as if it were a ratchet, and by the way, as the water pressure presses on the watch, it does not accidentally allow the face to rotate. So the water pressure itself holds the rotating face firmly in place.

I have the exact model among my 8 Vostoks. I've modded this one, replaced the bezel with a traditional black diving bezel, and added a NATO strap. It's easily one of my favorites in my entire watch collection, along with the teal scuba dude model ref 420059.

I went for the blue dial version, it is an excellent watch, beautifully finished and one of my favourite watch case designs. Even the nh34 was well regulated 👍

San Martin, like Phoibus and Zelos too, are brands that have or will transcend their AliXpress origins and ascend to the mainstream imho

I've got a couple, the classic blue Scuba dude and a full lume model. The ring back was actually a Blancpain patent in the 50's. The acrylic expands to grip bezel as soon as you heve 5atmos of pressure. They're just like a ford tractor, basic but bulletproof. Try Meranom for retail, they're reliable and answear emails😂 So yeah, subbed
